Be Cool has some of the best communication and walks clients through the process of maintenance with photos and videos. They have been on time or early for each call out. I appreciate their care for our property and honesty when unit problems have occurred.

Wow!!! This company surpassed all my expectations. I called on the whim because I was needing my ac looked into as I was selling my home. I called at 10am and was set for a 3pm appointment, same day. Thank you so much. On top of this, they sent a gentleman named rider our way. He was so knowledgeable, punctual, skillful and just overall great communicator. Have used these guys for years on multiple houses. They are always really responsive, on time, know their stuff, and do a great job! Beau even came out on July 4th to replace the fan so we could have a pleasant holiday!

Rider came and did an A/C system maintenance on my 2 systems. He is very
thorough and explained to me what my system was doing and made a recommendation on how to improve and prolong my 2 A/C units. What I like about Rider is that he is so passionate about what he is doing that it shows when he talks to me about it. Rider is a very nice and curteous young man. Got an appt for this morning after a night of no air and Beau replaced several items and had me up and running in no time. Couldn’t be more happier with the service from Be Cool. The owner Beau came out immediately when I reached out to them and told me exactly what was needed with no unnecessary sales pitch. His team knocked out a complete system install including all new ductwork around 4 hours and works and looks amazing compared to our previous install.
