This company is amazing ! They have always come out the same day every time I need service and repaired my system quickly and efficiently. I quickly received a call from Ann in the office and she had me set up with an appointment ASAP, even though I am fairly far from their office. Not only that, but they ended up coming way earlier than promised to get me cooling off as quick as possible.. Today one of the owners came himself (Chris, I think?) to do my same day repair and had my unit up and running in no time, as well as giving me tips for future maintenance that I could do myself easily. It is so rare nowadays to find a company to trust to service any of your items, especially in the HVAC business, but this company has been 100 percent trustworthy from Day one, as well as being very knowledgeable about their products and services. I highly HIGHLY recommend this establishment. Please do not use anybody else. These guys are the absolute BEST !!!!!

The owner Ed is not only kind and caring, but honest. Those qualities can be hard to find, so I really value them when I find a company who is ran by individuals with amazing work ethic and character. Our a/c line got clogged up and shut down both a/c units. All Star was responsive, came out the day I called, and even arrived early for the appointment. The technician was courteous, fixed everything, and cleaned it all up afterward. As always when I have used All Star, I was extremely satisfied for the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff.

This company is amazing!! The services tech went above and beyond. He was very polite, held high values towards the customer, and seemed very knowledgeable. They came out quickly & fixed the issue same day. I'll be using them as well for my complete system check, which he offered same day, however he could not complete this that day due to rain storms.
Feels great to have a honest & reliable AC company finally, especially in this summer heat!!
