All Star A/C & Heating Services

Blown capacitor last night made the house very hot. Able to get All star A/C and heating to come out less than an hour after I called them. The service tech was great and informative the whole process.

This company gives such great customer service, which seems harder to find these days. Tristan came out on Monday to do an air duct inspection to see if we needed to clean our ducts and vents. He did a great job and gave great insight to us especially since we are first time homeowners as well as new to having tile floors. The second time he came out was to figure out why our ac wasn't working, we thought maybe it might have something to do with him coming out the first time. Fortunately, it was not related to that at all and it was a popped fuse. He replaced the fuse and gave great service!! I will definitely call them again if we need any HVAC service.

Our downstairs AC went out last week and we got a next day appointment scheduled. David diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes, which ended up being a swollen capacitor. AC has been back up and running since then with zero issues. David was very professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent and immediate service was provided. John Baxter was at my home within 30 minutes of my call. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Very reasonable prices. I will definitely call on them again.

Came in and quickly diagnosed and repaired the AC. Gave a good quote for a replacement system as mine is 22 years old.

Needed a new 5-ton unit after our original 15-year old unit died. The owner of the company came out to our home to evaluate our system and listen to my needs. He recommended a high efficiency unit to save on electricity costs and long term reliability. Been in use since August 2022 and working very well! Happy customer.

David, Chris, and John are all incredible and make an outstanding team! Not only have they answered the call during the busy freeze time two days before Christmas, but they also went the extra mile to acquire the replacement of necessary parts and come back today on Christmas Eve and fixed our furnace!
