All Star A/C & Heating Services

After using All Star in Stablewood Farms to service our a/c, less than 3 weeks ago. Our A/C went out!
We called them again. They wanted to charge us full price (wasn’t cheap!), no waiving coming to our house or some sort of warranty. Took multiple calls for them to come at all.
UPDATE: owner contacted me and made it more than right!!!

A few weeks back we had All-Star replace our AC compressor. We had some family visiting this weekend and noticed the temp going up late Sunday afternoon. I called in and within the hour the owner was at our house. Highly recommend All-Star as you can tell this company genuinely cares about the quality of their work and those that they service. Will be using All-star for all of our AC needs.

Great experience with All Star. We had a failed evaporator coil on our unit that is only a few years old. They made sure the part needed was covered under warranty and repairs were made as soon as possible. They don’t take payment until a follow up visit to ensure the install meets standard and everything is working properly. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and took pride in their work. Having A/C problems is never fun and I’m pleased that I found a reputable company. Will use again!

The person who came out was Trenton he was awesome and would take the time to explain to me what was going on and what he was doing he was honest and im very happy with the work provided and it was a great first experience with the company

The tech was nice but I was aware very quickly they don't work on mini splits regularly. He didn't know that the charge needed to be weighed in, and checked pressures, which is not correct. Then when I asked what 410A would cost I was quoted $379 a pound. That compares to another licensed AC tech $69 a pound. Yikes.

I have increased my rating as they called me and refunded the service call. So they do have good customer service.

Get a second opinion before letting this company do work for you. Their staff do work for commission and will try and dupe you into expensive unit replacements when a cheap repair is all that is needed.

Technician was super. Came and worked until the job was done didn't leave my house till 8:00. Professional made sure that we understood what he did how he did it and what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company.

Again All Star AC saves the day...always prompt and the technicians are the best...helping my 85 year old mother out and explaining the situation to her in a simple straightforward way so she won't worry...these guys are the best!
