It does not get any better than All Star's service. Everyone from Anne, in the office, to John and Brian who handle the diagnostic work and estimates, provided the BEST customer service I've received in a very long time! And I should know. I handled customer service for the CEO of a large Fortune 500 company for nearly 20 years. This group is near perfection. I called asking for a simple second opinion, and I am now a customer for life.
This company, indeed is filled with "all stars".

During the great heat wave of end of June in '23 my AC crapped out. The company contracted by my insurance told me they would make it out in 6 days. In 99 degree weather it was 86 indoors. Yeah no way.

Trent showed up same day, on time, and knocked it out in 30 minutes. No BS, no upsell. AC back working and I'm enjoying a cool house while I write this.

10/10 these are my go to guys in the future.

When I called All Star A/C, I had another company at my house looking at my A/C unit that hasn't been working correctly since the recent big storms. Because my A/C unit is older, the other company immediately wanted to replace the entire system, which didn't feel right. They pretty much refused to replace the parts.

My friend recommended calling All Star A/C. When Ann got on the phone, I immediately felt like I was talking to a friend. She was HONEST and told me the pros and cons and what she would do, and she didn't think I would need to replace an entire system. She didn't even say I should have All Star A/C come out, but Ann made me trust her so much that I told her I would feel better if they would come and give me a second opinion.

I am so happy I did! John came out and looked at the entire system. He found that only one thing was broken (instead of 3 items) and that a new unit wasn't necessary. I was so prepared to need a new unit, and it was literally one silly part. John was soooo nice, showed me every reading, the bad part, and even the part coming out of the box and being put in my unit. He checked everything while he was there.

I have NEVER had an A/C company that put MY best interest first. Thank you so much, Ann and John, for your honesty, advice, and thoroughness. All Star A/C has another lifelong customer.

All Star was extremely fast in getting get my AC back up and running. Very impressed with the company from top-down.

I cannot say enough good things about the tech that came out, Brayan. He was extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through the ins and outs of the entire system, and where the potential problem could be coming from. Probably the most knowledgeable, straight-shooter technicians that I have had work on an appliance of mine. Quickly diagnosed the problem while helping me understand everything he was doing, had the system back up and running, and performed various system efficiency checks, all in less than 90 minutes of being at my home. Would have been even faster if I hadn't asked so many questions. 5 stars!

Wonderful people! Our AC went out on a Friday afternoon and we couldn’t get anyone from other companies until Monday but All Star came out Saturday morning! Our technician (Trenton) was super friendly and very helpful! 😃

Staff was professional, capable and did a very good job. I really appreciate John who came later to address some additional work that was included as part of the bid. John made an extra effort to ensure that I was fully satisfied. I like the fact that they will do a quality followup inspection to make sure everything was installed as it should and is operating correctly. Very professional. I have used All Star on multiple occasions and will continue to do so.

We had a great experience with All Star. David is an excellent technician and we are thankful he was able to come out on the emergency basis and fixed our issue quickly.
