Called All Star because my air conditioner stop working properly. Called on Saturday talked to the receptionist and they were able to fit me in. The technician Bryne came and looked at my unit. He answered all my questions and even helped with my thermostat. Great Company Professional Top notch service. First time I’ve used this company but won’t be my last. Thanks Bryne ⭐️

This team is the best in Houston! Called them when our system was not working and they were able to get a tech out to us FAST. They fully assessed the situation, advised us of our options, and gave us all of the information necessary to make a decision. The repair was done SAME DAY, as they already had the parts on hand. HIGHLY recommend these good, honest folks!

This is the second time we have used All Star A/C & Heating. As my previous review, once again I give this company 5 stars! They are prompt, professional and honest. The job gets done right the first time. Today, Scott was the technician. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away and had our A/C fixed up in no time. Thank you Scott! I highly recommend this company.

I feel they told me I need work doing that wasn’t really necessary. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge on air conditioning. When all I needed was a fan motor replacement they told me I need to replace the whole furnace which I fell for. When I called them weeks later to clean the pipes they wanted to charge another $5000 to replace a coil that was still working. And telling me I need to replace the outside unit urgently which is also still working fine. Be very careful of these people. They clearly work for commission. I feel robbed. Do not trust the reviews. Most are fake.

All Star is a well-run and professional AC & heating company that we will definitely keep using for future needs! All HVAC specialist were courteous, timely, and knowledgeable, and the dispatchers were personable and efficient. While our AC was out, All Star provided us with portable chillers free of charge until we could get the new AC unit installed, which was life saving in this heat. 10/10 would recommend All Star!

Trent was a pleasure to work with. He was very kind and informative of our unit. We have used All Star a couple of time Before and we will always support them and recommended them, as they truly are a ALL STAR Company!!

5 stars for All Star! They were very quick to set up an appointment, punctual in arriving at the appointment time (were even available early), and were very professional. My AC issue was diagnosed, parts were ordered and replaced, and the issue was fixed, all in a matter of 2 hours. Technicians were friendly and personable as well. Top notch, all around.

They have more than lived up to their self proclaimed creed. They have proven their Honesty and Integrity explicitly to me and my family as their customer. They stand behind their work and their employees. Like I said, “I would not use anyone else.

I cannot recommend All Star enough. The customer service start to finish was impeccable. Extremely responsive and friendly as well as knowledgable and responsive. After calling around for quotes All Star were not just competitively priced but the most helpful and responsive with a real sense of personal touch. We really felt as if we were dealing with people that cared and wanted our business rather than a big company mentality. I am extremely happy that we found them and will continue to use All Star for all our AC and heating needs. Thank you!
