I have used AAA Cooling & heating for AC repairs advice and clarification concerning my recent ac purchase. From the beginning, the technician impressed me with his professionalism, thorough knowledge of the air conditioning, sound advice & experience. After the tropical storm, it was a very hard time for me & the technician made sure my best interests were at heart as both a person and client. In regards to the piece of mind given to me, to date his advice has been quick and fiscally sound. He is easy to confine in and his availability to contact him no matter how busy his schedule might be was impressive. He is an asset to any client and his ability to tackle the perplexity of any ac/heating unit with poise, and assurance. I enthusiastically recommend my technician Juan as a ac service & repair. I will happily continue to use AAA cooling & heating services myself.

This amazing individual not only came out once but twice and rescued us from the severe heat impact we had this summer and this cold winter we have ahead of us both jobs we're done fast and correctly.Very nice and would definitely recommend the service .Such a blessing to me and my family!

Adrian was very professional and provided excellent customer. We had a problem with our coil and it was still under warranty. Adrian immediately offered to replace the coil with a new one. He also notice mold on our ducts and offered to install a Reme Halo at a very reasonable cost. Adrian came to our home on Friday and we are scheduled for installation immediately. We are very please with him going the extra mile to take care of his customers. Thanks for your help and your genuine concerned. My wife and I were experiencing headaches and allergy symptoms and we were not aware of the mold.

Unfortunately I am having to use this company to fix my AC because I'm going through my home warranty. My experience has been terrible.

To begin with, it took then 48 hours to even get someone out to diagnose the problem. I understand companies are busy, especially this time of year, but I have newborn in a house that has been 85 degrees for the last week, so I'm a little less forgiving.

The technician who came out, Lewis, did not inspire confidence in his expertise. He initially told me the issue was that I didn't charge my nest when I installed it. After explaining to him that the AC had not been working for 2 weeks prior to the new thermostat installation and that the previous thermostat was also not working, he finally agreed to actually look at the unit.

The next issued involved the timeliness of the work order. Again, I understand things are busy, but crystal told me 24 hours after Lewis came out that he had not submitted the work order yet, so they couldn't continue with the warranty until that was submitted.

Finally when all the paper work was submitted and the insurance claim filed, I had some technical questions about the repair itself. Although crystal tried to answer them as best she could, I understand that is not her area of expertise.

So I called back this morning to talk to a technician supervisor. Another secrectarily lady fielded my phone call. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but she was rude, condescending, unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. She claimed that she "would know best because she's been doing this longer than crystal or Lewis". She also claims there is no manager to talk to until 11am Wednesday (2 days from now).

So what company only has a manager available to talk to once a week? Or if this is not the case, what company hires liars to field phone calls for them?

Furthermore, they are scheduled to come out to repair the unit tomorrow, but I have little faith in their ability to do so properly, since there isn't a single person available for the last 5 days that can give me the specifics on what they plan to do, fix or replace.

I had no choice but to use this company, but if you do have a choice I would highly recommend you find someone else.

I'll be updating this review after the repair tomorrow.

The purpose of the call to the field manager was to clarify the repairs that were being done: what kind of coil is being used? Why did you choose that particular coil? The technician mentioned using a specific type of freon that is environmentally friendly, is that different than the one that was there?

There were no questions about the insurance company.

After requesting to speak to someone about these questions, the company canceled the work order without even contacting me.

Never in my life have I dealt with such abhorrent professionalism or behavior from a company.

AAA technician Jefferson was very professional and did a super clean job installing a new system in my house. The office staff was courteous and had great communication with me throughout the the process and I couldn't be happier with the work AAA did on my new house. I have dealt with a lot of HVAC companies over the years on different homes and businesses and AAA is by far the best company I have worked with. HIGHLY Recommended!

Middle of Winter and we were freezing. Just bought a Hill Country home out in the Drip and something was just not right with the heating system. AAA Cooling & Heating sent over their service technician Miguel within 48 hours. Not only did he correct our heating issue within the first 30 minutes, he educated us on everything he was doing in order to utilize the system correctly and optimize the systems performance. Great technician and Great company for hiring such a knowledgeable and personable young man.
