Best company ever they fixed my ac in in a very good price

WORST contractor our home warranty company has ever assigned. If they get assigned to your work order, stay on the phone as long as it takes to get another company assigned. They no-showed on the first scheduled date and at 1:00 a.m. their dispatcher was still trying to reach the tech. I told him we were going to bed and I'd call back in the morning. When I called the next morning they rescheduled for 1-6 on that day. The tech showed at around 8:00 pm (they do not call and advise you they're going to miss the window) and when he finally arrived, he diagnosed the zone board as bad, told us it was a very common replacement part and they kept them in stock. A few days later, he called to tell me my warranty company had denied the claim but he could come out and install the part for $550. Our a.c. unit is definitely covered so I called the warranty company, who told me the claim was still being reviewed and had not been denied. Obviously, someone was lying at that point. If it was AAA, it sure looks like their intention could have been to get me to pay for the part/service and also bill my warranty company for it once it got approved, but we'll just call that conjecture on my part. I spoke to the warranty company again and was told the claim had just been approved. I reached out to AAA and was told they hadn't received anything yet, but that I would receive an email from the warranty company before they got anything. Strange, since they'd told me before that they'd already gotten confirmation of the claim being denied before I'd heard anything at all from the warranty company. I called AAA the following day to see if they'd gotten the approval yet. I was told no. I called again a few days later and was cut off and told again they hadn't heard anything. My warranty company today confirmed again that the claim was definitely approved and placed me on hold while they reached out to AAA. The warranty customer service rep came back on the line to tell me AAA had just told her they don't service zone boards so a new contractor would have to be assigned. This was twelve days after their tech stood in my house and told my husband the board was a common replacement for them and several days after he told me on the phone he could come out and replace it at a cost of $550. AAA shouldn't be approved vendors for any warranty company. They likely shouldn't be in business at all. This company is at best disorganized and unprofessional, and at worst, potential liars and crooks. Buyer beware.

I have had a great experience so far.. I say so far because they come out tomorrow to finish the work. Although, they couldn't replace it the same day due to warranty having to order parts, my warranty company was quick. AAA was quick to reschedule so I am looking forward to cooler air. Daniel was great and I hope he returns tomorrow. Brittany in the office is superb. Good job.

We had been without AC for four days in 90+ degree weather. AAA installed a new condensing unit the very next day at a great price (thank you, Carlos!). Juan was our service technician and he was very professional and thorough. He offered simple tips that will help extend the life of our new unit and improve its performance. We are so thankful to AAA Cooling and Juan for getting us cool again!

I need assistance getting ahold of this company. They installed an AC unit for us 3 years ago with a 10 year warranty and I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone since the first service.

This has been so frustrating. Please someone help me with a good callback number.

Not only did they not fix the AC (it worked for only 4 weeks total) but when we called again in 105 degree heat, the woman was very rude. I felt she was rude and I wanted to speak to someone else so she said she found me stupid. We have sick and elderly people and we’re called stupid…so professional.

The woman I spoke to about my dispatch time began talking over me while I was frustrated in regards to the situation. I asked her to stop speaking over me and became angry because she was rude and condescending. After I finally got angry at the way she was speaking and cursed (which was wrong and I do apologize for my words) she told me that she had my address and was on her way to my house in a threatening tone. I had to call my police department after trying to call her back to apologize for my part in the argument (which never should’ve happened in the first place). But to sit and threaten a customer, to tell them you have their address and tell them you’re coming to their home is beyond unprofessional! How dare you threaten to hurt me! This wasn’t personal at all! This person was rude and began speaking loudly as if I had an issue with her. My issue wasn’t with her at all, it was about the dispatch time. We are human beings and we get emotional. I do not know Lisa personally, and would never threaten or hurt her but for her to threaten me and then lie to my home warranty company and say that they never yelled or threatened to come to my home is CRAZY! Normally a disagreement can result in an apology once both parties can calm down but her reaction was uncalled for. No one should be threatening anyone. I had to unfortunately involve my police department regarding the threat.
