Adrian went above and beyond to get my system working. He stayed late until everything was in working order. Super polite and knowledgeable. Very pleasant to work with. Very impressive.

All American has been the only AC company we’ve used for several years. My parents use them as well. They respond to calls promptly and always seem to come out as soon as possible. Prices are fair and the crew is professional and doesn’t leave a mess. Highly recommended!!!

Adrian and Michael did a great job and got my old heating system running again. They even fixed an additional issue with the system while they were here. They truly went above and beyond expectations.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They sent a technician out to my home who could have seriously injured my family by working on my AC Unit before shutting down the main power switch! By doing that they caused a surge and now is trying to say the surge happened before the tech came out. We already knew we had damaged parts to our AC. We also had power before the technician touched our unit. If you love life DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! They work on major home appliances before shutting down the main power switch.

Yes the warranty company denied my claim but it doesn’t excuse that fact that someone with over 25 years experience doesn’t have to common sense to shut down a main power switch before working on a MAJOR HOME APPLIANCE putting people’s lives at risk including his own. He is the owner by the way.

The owner is a example of hard work and determination to start from the bottom in his business and become one of the best in Harris County and surrounding area's. Highly recommended anyone that needs services give him a call to assist you. On that day you would have met and made a friend for lifetime.
FYI --- He does work long hours to keep you (Cool or Warm).

I was impressed from the beginning. Not only was Adrian quick to come to assess the situation but was also fast to install new evap coil. He’s very professional and Knowledgable. The other thing that blew me away about Adrian is he tries to only fix things that need to be fixed which I really appreciated.
