AAA replaced our AC this year. When our heater went out, we called them expecting to pay a service call. They responded quickly, resolved the issue and told us no charge- it was a maintenance call! We will recommend and use them again.

I cant speak for anyone else’s experience but mine was great. Lewis was awesome, friendly and very professional. I enjoyed talking with him and really appreciate the service he provided. He also explained to me, in ways that I could understand, what the problem was and fixed it in a very timely fashion. now I can go on with my day! thanks Lewis and AAA cooling & heating!

AAA was the contracted HVAC company through American Home Shield. My AC went out in 100 degree weather Tuesday evening. AAA did not come out until after five Wednesday. Found to have needed to order a blower because my unit was not a universal on. I was warned that it may take a few days Monday afternoon, to be exact) That was not acceptable to me. It was miserable inside my house it felt like a furnace. There happened to be a number of another company on my unit, so I called them. That gentleman not only researched to see if my unit was under warranty, he also called local suppliers to find the part. There happen to be 8 of these parts in the Austin area. They we able to fix my unit right away. So no I had an awful experience with AAA. They did not feel my situation was worth escalating. The costumer service was some of the worst I’ve seen. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

They were recommended by my home warranty company and I called yesterday after hours and talked to Jose Caldera, who told me it would be very late before he could get to me. He arrived after midnight and within 15 minutes had the problem diagnosed and repaired. Great service and honesty. I would recommend Jose for the job.

Honest and reliable. Very quick response. Came in even on a weekend because he knew how hard it is to be in this heat. It’s been 5 days and everything is working great so far

The field manager for the company was not on site at the time of replacement. Maintenance personnel were responsive and on time. They did lack skill with the English language and were unable to respond to my questions regarding the procurement of items I purchased to accomplish replacement action. The company failed to provided me a receipt for work accomplished and no warranty was provided that I asked for on several different occasions. The field supervisor did relate he would attempt to come by in a couple of days. Not happy about that as team replacement team was not able to respond due to their lack of language skill.

Same day service! Exceptional knowledge and professionalism! Daniel took the time to explain things to me clearly on everything from thermostats to cooling to heating and maintenance! I will definitely call AAA Cooling first, if I have any other heating or cooling issues! Highly satisfied!
