Had a $10,000. System installed 1 1/2 ago. On a routine maintenance check (6 months ago )the technician found they had installed the wrong thermostat not the one I paid for and that was recommended for the unit. He installed the correct thermostat. It is WiFi and operates by way of my cell phone. I replaced my phone but the thermostat wouldn’t work on my new phone or manually. The Nexia people whom handle the operation and set up of the device of the Train or American Standard Thermostat advised me call AAA as the thermostat was under 5 year warranty. We called AAA talked with the owner and office person on several occasions. They wanted $70. service call and stated the thermostat was not warranteed. As we spoke of the technician that had installed the correct one they said nothing was noted of him replacing the thermostat. He in no longer employed there. I won’t even get into how we ended up with a new system to begin with. That was some more underhanded stuff involving AAA and the American Home Warranty people. BEWARE of these people. A gentleman from my church was familiar with the thermostat and WiFi helped solve the problem with the thermostat.

The heating in our house worked intermittently all winter. Multiple contractors could not fix the problem. Our home warranty contacted AAA Cooling & Heating and Adrian was the contractor assigned to the case. He spent almost 2 hours meticulously going through the unit and correctly identifying the problem. He got the parts that required to be replaced the next day and unit has been running without any issues since then. I highly recommend AAA Cooling & Heating.

Jordan and Daniel are both great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Initially had a bit of trouble coordinating between the main office / technician / me, but it was cleared up and fixed in a timely manner anyway. As far as the technicians themselves, however, I have nothing but good things to say. I will also mention that my ac went out and i called late at night, and the lady who answered the phone was able to schedule me to have a technician out first thing the following morning. Great experience overall, I would surely recommend!

My home warranty company sent AAA out to repair my A/C outside unit. Adrian was very polite, informative, and efficient.. Also, he came from about 2 hours away on Christmas Eve Day.

Unfortunately we were forced to use this company by our warranty company, it took them two weeks to replace a compressor in our outside AC unit which was covered by First American Warranty. Jose was a very nice and knowledgeable tech, got everything installed and running then left. 10 minutes later he returned to say that we owed AAA $750 “out of pocket “ expenses, we refused and received a call from Piola who was very rude and threatened to have a tech return to remove the the compressor. We were never informed of any additional cost and now being blackmailed for payment, lawsuit pending.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Adrian and his team. From the help I received from the office staff to the professional manner in which the job was performed. Not to mention that they worked on my system during the weekend. In the future I will definitely call them back and recommend them to family and friends.
