We have been utilizing Airchampion since first building our home as they installed the system. In the 4 years since being in the home we have had to have them come out after moving in to charge the unit as they didn't charge both before we moved in, replace each damper at least once, had to have them come out to fix the overflow pipe that wasn't over the pan and dripped through the kitchen ceiling which "wasn't their fault" and not liable for, used a/c tape to wrap around the blower in the attic instead of properly sealing it (quoted by a tech on a visit after I had to go and purchase as the existing tape had come loose), and now that it's hot outside apparently 4 years is a long time on a unit the 5 ton unit that covers 1800 sq ft of the house (2 bedrooms and an inlaw suite) I am told that it will not cool down overnight to the temperature we want (67*) as it has in the past.
We've had the bi-yearly maintenance performed every year, changed the filters on time, everything that needs to be performed for the system to run the best it can has and is being done. I just can't buy the fact that 4 years the a/c isn't going to cool like it did "like it would in a car" i was just told. We set it at 76-78 in the rooms during the day when we arent in the rooms and then cool it off at night. It's not like it's trying to keep it at 67* 24/7.
I will say that everytime that I have called them, they have responded promptly and in the same day unless we have called after hours which has been very helpful but I just dont know of anyone that can pretty much guarantee they have to call their a/c installer/repair at least 2-3 times a year.

They are Trane certified AC reps. They installed my air conditioner. The air conditioner is still under repair. I called in for a repair and they gave me a window between 12 and 3pm.

I waited at home between 12 and 3...they never showed.

When I called them, they said they tried to call and leave a message, couldn't and left.

No phone rang....no message left.

When I called to find out what happened...no they say we call before we send a t tech. ...since I didn't answer they sent the tech to another spot.

They didnt say that when I put in the service request.

They didn't call and leave a message...

I have been without air for a week on a warrenty unit

This past summer while I was assigned to a job in Minnesota my wife noticed the outside unit making noise, since she was coming up that next week they agreed to come and fix it while we were gone, I was leary but the service was top notch and no problems since. Its nice to know you can still trust people and they are a family owned business!!!

This a great company! They are very knowledgeable and passionate about their field of work. When they came to service my unit, I could tell that my comfort was their number one priority. THANKS AIR CHAMPION!

My a/c was not cooling properly today, called Airchampion (friend recommended).
They sent out Mario, diagnosed and fixed problem in no time.

Buyer be warned. make sure the scope of work is identified and understood the sales man will tell you what you want to here and then the works do what they want to.

It took three trips and it is still not correct. sub-par workmanship. I will follow up with a Full complaint filled to BBB and The state.

Great service provided. My A/C was down and technician Mario was there and had my unit running in no time. Will be using for all my future a/c needs.

My a/c had messed up I was calling different a/c companies and the only one that had a good prize pnd was so quick to help me to figure out what was wrong with it and ivan and his crew came to check it and all it needed was freon they were friendly and helpful

Best AC company in town by a long shot! Techs are courteous and knowledgeable. They are quick to send a tech out and have resolutions! Highly recommend!!!

My family have used Airchampion for as long as I can remember, 20+ yrs on all of my homes. Always great service and honest about what needs to be replaced and what doesn’t.
