Today I had my system replaced with Trane equipment. The crew that showed up today was very professional. They took care of my flooring and carpet as if it was their own home , system is running perfect. Thanks Mario and crew for your professional job. Would definitely be using them in the future.

Was pleasantly happy when James, from AirChampion came out to diagnose my A/C problem this morning. James was to arrive at 9 am but called to let me know he had to stop along the way because mother nature was calling, but his call was very much appreciated to let me know he was running a few minutes late. This is what you expect a technician to do. Once there, James knew exactly how to go about detecting the problem and before he left me, he assured me that the two installers would be out first thing in the morning to replace my evaporator coil and that he was going by to pickup my new evaporator this afternoon. Kudos to you James for being such a professional technician.

Mario and crew just completed installation of a new 4.5 ton Trane A/C, furnace and evaporator system. The unit they replaced was a Trane heat pump installed when our home was built. These guys are excellent - a real credit to the AirChampion organization. Got here on time, were respectfull of our property and they really know what they are doing regarding the equipment they installed.
I have been a very satisfied customer of AirChampion for 23 years. They installed the original Trane equipment in my home and have been our A/C service provider ever since. Armando, our outstanding Service Technician, has taken care of us for past 15 years. These are good folks to do business with.

My AC was having trouble keeping up with my home called another company and they wanted to sell me a whole new system got a second opinion from Airchampion they sent out Mario and his crew and they got me up and running for a fraction of the cost the other company wanted to charge me. Honest and friendly company would definitely recommend to others.

Used them twice. First time, the tech did great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. 2nd time was a month ago, they came out, looked at the AC unit, said I needed Freon, charged me $400 and left in 20 minutes. 2 days ago the AC unit stopped working, called them as well as another AC shop for a 2nd opinion. Turns out there were issues with the coils and they should have been replaced the first time around, and new Freon was a waste. Wished Air Champion was honest to diagnose the first time around and save me $400, but they seemed not interested. Will not do business with them again, find another AC shop and save yourself a headache.

Our fan stopped working on our air conditioner. They sent someone the next morning and replaced the capacitor on the furnace in the attic. By that evening I noticed the house was getting hot again. The fan was blowing but not cold air. They sent someone else the next day and put two new capacitors on the condenser out side. It all worked for a week. Two weeks later, no cold air again. Made a new appointment for them to return the following day from 1-4.
I gave them my cell phone number as I would be out of the house in the am but would be there for my scheduled appointment. I was home by 12:40, plenty early for my 1-4 scheduled time frame. Around 2 pm I noticed a voice mail on my land line. It was Airchampion at 11:45 stating they could come early. I called the office making sure they were still coming and that I missed their phone call. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up, assuming they were still coming to my scheduled 1-4 time. An hour later they called my cell phone and said " Ya, so I guess I was supposed to call you?" I said, "I don't know about that I was just making sure were still coming. He said "Nope, don't have anyone in your area anymore" I asked why they didn't call my cell, that's why I left the number. He said, "Well, I'm calling you on it now!" I stated, "But you left a message on my land line." His response was well, I don't have anyone in your area now and you'll just have to wait until tomorrow. I told him but my appointment was from 1-4. He just wanted to argue with me on how I didn't answer the phone and now he doesn't have anyone in the area anymore! I finally told him, look I'm not going to argue with you, I guess your just sending someone tomorrow. He said YEP, Tomorrow!" I immediately called another company. They came out and actually put gauges on the compressor, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. Fixed Airchampions work that should have been retaped after replacing the capacitor.
I have never had such BAD customer service! I've never had to argue with a company because they weren't there for my "Scheduled" appointment and they wanted to come early and I wasn't able to accommodate them. The first Tech's work was shoddy at best! I also found out they over charged me for each of the services that they did do.

I would NEVER recommend Airchampion to anyone! I know I won't be using them again!

I have used air champion for over 22 years. I call them, they come out, and they take care of the problem. And if there’s ever been an issue with work they’ve done, they’ve ALWAYS come out to fix it!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great company! Strong family values!! They have made me a customer for LIFE!
