    If you want your diagnosis sent in a timely manner to your home warranty conpany, please stay away from this company. The tech came out on Sunday and it's Wednesday, still no information sent to the home warranty company. Very unprofessional company and in fact I no longer want to deal with this company. I'll gladly pay another 60.00 fee for another service call. Oh let's not mention being told by the tech that I'm looking at 1000 dollara put of pocket to replace a coil. It gets better... to modify pipes ro replace a coil. Yeah right!

    They have pathetic technicians who couldn’t figure out what the problem was in three visits. Finally the owner Sam came who was horrendous to talk to , utterly rude and unprofessional. Please save your money and call somebody else.

    COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
    1- Wrong Diagnosis by SAM and therefore
    2- Wrong repair that only lasted a month
    3- Jim came a second time to diagnose and then left the job to another contractor
    4- never on time with appointments and no notifications
