Jim was the technician that serviced my home, and he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He really went beyond my expectations by taking pictures of everything in the attic and taking the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely be requesting him for any future issues I might have.
I called them Monday 6/14/21, and they gladly accepted the appointment and said they would be out here at sometime Tuesday. Tuesday I get a text saying that they won't be here till Friday. I actually can and verify on Wednesday and everything is fine... Later Wednesday morning I get a call saying that I live too far and they wont come.... Some of the most unprofessional junk I have ever heard!!!
If I could, would not give them any stars. Air Master was assigned by Select Home Warranty to repair my Heating system. They have come out thrice to fix the same problem, but the problem persists. The owner (Sam) came out the 3rd time and was upset coz he had his technicians could not diagnose the problem. He said he cannot waste time diagnosing a problem that must be hidden in my HVAC system. Extremely rude, unprofessional. He was very upset coz i refused to pay the service fee 3rd time around even though i had made this abundantly clear before he came over to my house. Dont call on Air Master for HVAC issues, their sole interest is in charging the service fee, not resolving HVAC issues, customer service is not on their minds.
Jim was great! He got my ac fixed in no time at all. Plus he practiced proper safety requirements. I'm so grateful for his help especially since summer keeps coming earlier.
Great Service their Tech Sam went above and beyond. He was very punctual with the time and took his time fixing our heater. He even hung around to make sure the upstairs heater was working properly.
Great company! Very reliable and competent. A few months ago while I was overseas my tenant sent me an urgent message saying the AC was not working, I called the company, they took care of the problem immediately. I am very please and highly recommend Air Master Services.

The next morning, I received a call where they did not apologize but instead said, "I see that you were scheduled from 3-6 yesterday, what time works best for you today?" Your technicians may be the most talented and knowledgeable in the industry but that makes no difference when you don't respect your customers and their time.
Communication was great and the tech arrived on time. Jim was professional, courteous, and resolved our issue very quickly. Great job! Keep up the great service! Two thumbs up for Jim!
They deserve a zero rating. The absolutely worst customer service. I had an appointment between the hours of 9am-12pm they were a no call no show. Then to add fuel to the fire the technician Sam got an attitude with me when I ask when he was coming.
Save yourself stress and a headache and do not do business with these people.
After the 3rd time coming to my house Mr. Sam fixed the problem. The first 2 times,Jim didn't want hear what I had to say and by him not listening, the problem was not fixed. Plus I pay my warranty copay to have Sam charge me again.
