    This "company" was hired through my home warranty. My A/C went out and it was hot out so I needed to get it fixed asap. I called and I guess spoke with Sam the owner. He said he got my request but wouldn't come because it's too far away. You need to be taken off the list the home warranty program uses. And you need to update your service area to reflect you only travel about 5 miles around you. I called a local A/C business and that owner came out within an hour and fixed the A/C in 10 min. Don't use or contact Air"masters" for your A/C needs

    Terrible. Landlord hire this company and “owner” or “main guy” Sam. First time he was hired about a year ago and he was really rude about everything. I honestly felt really uncomfortable as a woman, pretty intimidating and mannerless. Second time today, landlord hired him again (didn’t know he had hired the same company) my AC unit is on the roof and he was complaining about it. That he will need a ladder, more people because now it’s considered commercial, giving me so many excuses until I asked him if he did that kind of labor. He said yes but that more money needed to be paid blah blah blah. Money is not the issue. Issue is a HOT home. I never once requested a cheaper price. All I wanted was my AC to be fixed, whatever the price range was at this point (THATS WHY I CALLED FORST THING IN THE MORNING) he told me he was going to arrive at 4 then 6 then I texted him, no reply, to later found out he cancelled. All this time waiting for him I could’ve looked for other options instead of being left with no AC. UNRELIABLE!

    The owner came to my house and he was the most offensive, ill-mannered person that has come to my house for any kind of repair. He refuse to check the second A/C unit that was on the work order. He complain about the Home warranty company paying him pennis on the dollar. When I gave him the check I asked? AirMaster. he said "Yes that is me know I'm rich with this $65 dollars" I told him that I pay Choice Warranty that I did not have anything to do with his contract and did not appreciate his attitude, he took the check rip it and throw it on the ground told me he did not need my money slam the gate and left.

    My account went out and Jim M came out and checked it over good. Found motor, capacitor was out and also needed to be cleaned. He was very professional and was knowledgeable what needed to be done. It took a day but he installed everything and worked very hard in the heat of the attic. Very affordable as well. We have American home guardian which initially sent them out. If we ever need a new ac I will be calling them for sure. Very very good service. Good job Jim and thank you.

    Sam came out and was very knowledgeable and gave me many options to choose from. We have been hit very hard financially with COVID 19 and were trying to get the best value. We chose Air Master to replace our complete system (Condenser, coil and furnace) and Mario and his crew came out and they were all wearing masks without being asked. They did a great job and were very efficient and communicated well with each other and with me as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for AC installation or service.

    Highly recommend! They are very professional both a/c tech Sam and Wendy are very friendly and are quick to respond to the initial schedule. They made sure I had enough coolant and right after my a/c was maintenance I felt a big difference. Sam was very professional in giving me advise how to maintain my a/c and what not to do. He told me if I had any issues to give them a call back and they would come back and check it at no cost. Wendy was over the top courteous to make sure I was satisfied with the service and made it very easy to process payment providing a receipt right away. I will definitely call them back for any future needs. :D

    I had quick and professional service. For example, less than an hour after I submitted work order with my home warranty company, AirMaster Services contacted me and had technician come out to do an assessment same day. Also, technician was able to complete repair by end of next day.

    I filed a claim with my Homewarranty, Wendy called me within minutes to schedule an appointment, eventhough her techs were on the other side of town She squeezed me into a busy schedule.
    Jim came out to check my heater. He was so respectful, it's hard to come across respectful gentleman now and days.
    He came in with shoe covers, inspected the unit, sent in the report and fixed my heater right away!!!
    He is awesome!!

    We bought an older home and experienced immediate issues with our HVAC. Sam came out to attempt to fix our 25 year old setup and gave us the news that it made more sense to replace. I'm a very skeptical person when it comes to service providers and I felt like i could trust Sam's advice right away. We received a better than fair price for a very high quality install of the total system - inside and out. The job was done in one day the very next day. I will be doing business with Airmaster going forward. Thanks again, Sam. It was nice doing business with you.
