Our Home Warranty Company Select Home Warranty, our air condition was blow out, and Select Home Warranty Compnay assigned the technician to check our air-condition. Technician told us , Coil and Compressor is blow out and insurance company have to replace the parts. After a week we contact the insurance company to check the status of replacement of parts. They mentioned Air Master Services sent an email to Select Home Warranty company, there was no Freon and related issue, in Freon, they could not mentioned real issue was Coil and compressor is brow out , that's why insurance company denied our part replacement claim. Air Master Services technician or admin sent wrong information email to the home warranty company, therefore, home insurance company denied the claim.
THIS AIR MASTER SERVICE VERY MUCH IRRESPEONDBLITY COMPANY, BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WE HAVE TO PAY FROM OUR POCKET TO FIX THiE ISSUE OVER 1800 USD.. Such kind of bad service company people never encourage in the market to improve the business.

Please take caution if you have to use this vendor, and document all conversations and or record phone calls as I have done. Not sure if they’re accredited with the Better Business Bureau but that is my next stop.
This company previously did business with my company, and thought it would be great to leave us a bad review and claim to STOP payment on items received from My Company. Today Sept 6 2019 i had this worst experience with this OLD MAN tech came to my house to look at my AC unit. I waited all day and he showed up at 8pm. He had a bad attitude from the beginning i can tell that he is already tired of working all day! I had no AC for 3 days and patiently waited for tech , the OLD man didnt know anything whats wrong with my AC. He said he will be back monday -do not do any business with this man- i found out that he is the owner of air master! He doesnt care about his customer he cares about his $60 service call fee!!! He wants it at front before he can do anything to look at your AC. This owner must not have any money he has poor business!!! I am angry with this owner he is rude as hell! STAY AWAY with them!! Griddy old fart!
