The tech was straight forward with his comments and recommendations. He did not mess around and went directly to work. Any and all questions that I had he answered to and made sure I understood before leaving. I know, everything that everyone is supposed to do but he went a little above the normal expectations. Great job for the professionalism and ease of work. Also, loved the promotion they offered.

The service was fantastic! We were in an RV out at the Dana Peak Park, Stillhouse Lake and having trouble with our heat and air conditioning. I called Lockey Heating and Air and they were able to send Matt out that same day! We was so knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain what the problem was to my husband and I. He checked out the system and had it up and running! I was so pleased with his service and I felt it was very reasonable! If any other problem should arise, I would definitely call Lockey Heating and Air again.

My ac went out in the middle of the night, on a Saturday. Grrrr! Matt at Lockey took my call and came to fix my ac. He was very professional, and had my AC fixed in minutes. He wasn't even mad I called so late. Highly recommend!

Super fast and excellent service. Called Lockey Heating & Air on a Sunday morning for my broken AC unit and Mr. Lingo had it running and cooling an hour and a half after the call. Fast, friendly and affordable service. Thank you!

Good communication - office and/or technician called to say he would be at house in 30 minutes or less. Good knowledge of system (American Standard). Parts covered under warranty, but took about 1 week to arrive (in our situation that was not a big problem). Only paid for labor. So far, so good.

on Wednesday evening or AC went on the blink and i called almost everybody in the book either no answer or the lady transferred me and got the answering machine left a message and nothing... so me and my wife gave up on getting help on Wednesday night .. so i waited until the next morning to see if i could get help..low and behold on my way to drop my son off to work i saw this sign next to Dairy Queen ... it was Lockey Heating and air i called and this lady made my day so Beautiful to here he'll be there this afternoon i said great ! sorry i can't remember the young lady's name but i will tip my cap to her ! Now to the Gentleman that fixed our AC unit he did a great job and the price was awesome too ! SAM thank you ! if i run across anybody needing AC work i will recommend LOCKEY HEATING AND AIR ! THANKS ONCE AGAIN !

I have a long list of medical problems, so when the Lockey crew arrived at my house this morning I wasn't doing all that good. These guys were so respectful and quiet I was able to get another couple hours rest as they got started. When they were done completely replacing my old AC unit inside and out everything was so polished and clean. I thought there would be a couple holes to spackle over where the new parts didnt line up exactly with the old parts...something. Nothng. No dust, no dirt, no debris, and no holes. Everything was so clean and polished you'd never have know there was a small crew hard at work in here. Financing so low I didn't go directly through my bank to entertain the project (I ALWAYS use my bank!!!) No one likes to spend thousands of dollars on anything, but its nice to know who to call when you need to get something done right. Thank you for taking good care of me and my house. I have taken the liberty to add this company directly to both my phone and email contacts, though it'll probably be a while before I need more AC work now. =)

Came out during the great snowpacolypse to get my heat working. Matt and the crew took really good care of us and I can’t thank them enough for taking the risk to keep their customers warm. Customer for life!

Ronnie was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I have never had an air conditioning service this great. I was delivered bad news, but he explained to me many options that are available concerning my circumstance. This will be my go-to company as long as I live here. Thank you for wonderful service!
