First off I appreciate someone who knows what they are doing and is willing to educate their customer while he is looking for the problem. left us with estimates on future problems we need to deal with and added no pressure. Usually every other repair service I talk to if I don’t fix it yesterday I’m screwed. We will definitely be calling in the near future

Service Tech (Ronney) came by and found my problem in no time. He was extremely knowledgeable and a right pleasure to speak to. Gave excellent recommendations for way ahead, and was extremely reasonable in price. Thank you!!! Our Air Conditioner system went out while we were out of town. I contacted this AC Service and Repair Company on a Sunday at 900 am and someone answered the phone. I was relieved to get a person instead of a voicemail. The gentleman said they do have on-call Service Technicians and we requested someone to come out. Within a short reasonable time for Sunday, Ronnie Williams came out, diagnosed the issue and recommended a repair. I had no issue agreeing to the repair due to the knowledge Mr. William had. It's Texas, it's hot and man, Ronnie came through. I can't be more pleased with the Service, Pricing and overall Customer Service. Top Notch.
We had Ronnie come by this morning and he was awesome! Very quick, great guy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. He showed us where the issues were, how to fix them in the future, and explained how to prevent the issues as well. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone, especially Ronnie!
Called them because my air conditioner was blowing hot air. The technician came out, and as soon as he saw a Nest thermostat he was convinced that it was the root of the problem. Recommended that I buy a new thermostat, and said that installing it myself would save me money. I followed his recommendation- right down to the brand of thermostat. Surprisingly the thermostat was not the answer, but I only found out the real problem after calling another company following a phone call with Matt, the owner of Lockey, where I was informed that wearing masks during a pandemic is only an opinion, not established medical science. This is relevant because his technician did not wear a mask when entering my residence. Apparently the company policy is to only wear one when the customer asks them to. I guess they don't know air conditioning or science. Wear a mask, you might save a life.
They were very quick to react to my call when my AC went out. Ronnie was very thorough when checking my AC unit, found and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I found my new AC maintenance company. I promise they do not compare to any other AC maintenance company in this area. Ronnie is very professional and courteous. He is very experienced in this area and can find and fix your issue faster than anyone in town.

Lockey answered first ring when I called them. They didn’t waste my time and money, instead they told me what to do over the phone and it worked. One other place told me that it would cost me about $200 just for the part they said was bad. Thank you Lockey and bless all of your workers.
