Shane responded to a drain line being backed up at my house promptly, he went the extra mile to not only clean the drains completely out but wash the coils and completely service the AC unit. I'd recommend Chill AC to anyone with issues with their system and will continue to use this company in the future. The cost was a fraction to what most places charge. Shane was exceptional and seemed to genuinely want to help people out. Thanks again for the service and conversation Shane.

Issues with older model A/C. Called Mr. Shane which in turn responded without hesitation. Informed me could come out within hour or so. Showed up timely, and after assessing job did an excellent job in completing task. Friendly, polite and very professional. Will definitely use his service again , and hopefully work together in obtaining new system. This type of professionalism is hard to come by these days. Hubs and I are happy campers!! Shane was amazing it was 9pm on a Sunday night and I called and immediately he picked up and in 11 minutes was at my housing fixing multiple issues with my AC unit. He was able to get it fixed and we now have cold ac! TY
