Professional staff. Answered questions over phone and helped isolate the problem. At store, staff troubleshooted the fan unit and capacitor and verified problem with condenser fan. Took time to mounted fan motor and secured all the wires!!! Also provided wiring guidance to make sure I will not have problem when installing at home. Prefect end to end service!!

Brought in a busted furnace ignitor and they were able to identify a universal replacement in stock and rewire the broken ignitor's existing adapter to it. In and out in 10 mins or so and my house has heat again.

Was in a bind and needed 11 flex ducts for a project that needed to be completed today. Called them around 10:30am and they had the ductwork ready by 11:30am. This is while calling tons of distributors that said they were out or wouldn’t be ready for a few days.

It’s tough to find ductwork right now due to the supply chain shortage so I was super grateful and very impressed. Guys in the office were friendly, energetic and a pleasure to deal with. Highly, highly recommend going to them for any HVAC related needs. Gotta love a good local business. Thanks again guys!

Simply put, they're great!!!! A/C crapped out on a Friday night, called Saturday morning and they were able to located all the parts... they even mounted that fan motor and secured all the wires!!! Knowledgeable and great customer service....

Excellent customer services, fair price, same as ebay, I was looking for a capacitor, they test the old one and sold me the perfect fit for my equipment. Thanks Adam.

No smoke and mirrors here.....AC blower motor quit working and I was sweating like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs.....came to Dallas HVAC Parts and spoke with Glen and he tested my capacitor (which was bad) sold me a new one for $14. Also tested my motor for me....bring your money here and spend it.....help keep these guys in business....they are looking out for the working man. 👍👍👍👍👍

I will definitely be a repeat customer. They went above and beyond which made the difference of getting my AC unit working again on a 100+ degree day on a Sunday no less. Could not recommend highly enough.

Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Husband didn't catch his name but he was pleasant and gave great advice on how to replace fan motor on our condenser . I have cold air again!

Open on Sunday. Best place ever. Great customer service, I believe the gentlemen’s name was Glen. He was knowledgeable of his inventory. I called to see if he had the part in prior to going across town. When I arrived, he had the part behind the counter waiting on me! I also was unsure if it was my capacitor or the fan motor, I was going to buy both parts. He tested my capacitor and told me that was my issue. Shout out to DALLAS HVAC PARTS, definitely will go back for my AC/Heat needs.

The fan on my heat pump went out last night and these guy were so helpful and much cheaper than anyone else. Also they are open all day on Saturdays. They get 2 thumbs up from me. 👍👍
