Today is my lucky day! The only AC is not working and after checking the blower motor bracket was broken and the wheel is blocked there. Check on maps and found Dallas HVAC parts, they are open and call to confirm everything are in stock. Drive and picked up! Brerin and Glenn do great help! Right parts and even better to change the wheel for me! Today is almost 100 degree, can’t believe how can my families survive for the coming 110 degree week!

Went up there today to buy a blower wheel. They were very helpful. I was not sure if the problem was the blower motor or the wheel. They checked my parts and told me it was just the wheel. I installed the wheel, and it worked perfectly. Thanks for your honesty. I will come back anytime I need more parts.

Definitely not the best time of year to have your air conditioning go out, especially on a weekend. But we are super grateful for Dallas Hvac Parts. I'm not usually great at giving businesses shout outs, but this was some of the best service we've ever had in a retail store. They were kind and very knowledgable in our moment of panic, not to mention that we are very thankful for weekend hours that gave us a chance to get our air back up and running. If you ever need anything, even if it's a weekend, you definitely won't be disappointed!

First time coming here, they were very helpful. I needed a condenser fan motor and a capacitor. Got both at a great price and they’re very knowledgeable about the parts they sell.

Glen was very helpful, he removed my condenser fan from the old motor and installed it on the new motor so everything was ready to install as soon as I got home all at a better price than i paid at another supply house for my other unit 3 months ago. Definitely my first choice for hvac needs.

Furnace stopped working at 10:15 pm on a 26 degree night. Called a well known DFW AC repair company and they came out at midnight and quoted me $1300 for the repair and they would have to order the part. Found these guys and it only cost me $145 in parts and I took care of it myself with 3 screws and 2 wires. Adam at the parts counter was really helpful, showed me what to do and it’s up and running again. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Saved me almost $1,200 for one simple repair! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Honest opinions and fair pricing. Would highly recommend!

Talked to Adam on the phone about a Trane condensor fan motor. I live in Euless and was driving across the metro at rush hour so wanted to be sure it was the right motor. I had already talked to Grainger and Locke. Grainger said I would have to order online because it was a discontinued motor. Locke actually had one that would work but didn't know what to do with the extra wire since it was universal. Adam knew exactly what I had (on the phone) and assured me that he could take care of me. I drove (at rush hour) over to Garland and he showed me exactly what I needed to do including changing the capacitor. Got home, put it all back together and it worked just as he said. The kicker is I am a truck driver not an air condition tech. Adam really knows his stuff and will take the time to share that knowledge. Hard to find ANY place that will go the extra mile for customers anymore. Thanks Dallas HVAC and Adam. Oh and did it all for less than $200.00.

This is a great place to get your AC parts at. The guy at the counter will genuinely help. One of the best customer service encounters I’ve had in a while.
