Thank the good Lord for these guys. They are one of the few places that sell directly to the public. They are knowledgeable and friendly and they have an awesome mascot, Kitty.

Our A/C stopped on a Friday night. Diagnosed the problem on Saturday morning then tried to find a HVAC parts store that is open Saturday afternoon in the Metroplex. Next to impossible. Dallas HVAC saved the day and weekend. Picked up a condenser fan motor and 50/5 capacitor. They even crimped on new quick disconnects on the fan motor and shortened the new motor shaft to the length of my old motor. The A/C is running better than ever. Thank you for anticipating the little things and the great service.

They have amazing customer service...they educated me in few minutes on how to replace my ac unit fan motor and helped me to save a lots of money. I will definitely be a regular customer at this store for my future HVAC parts needs.

First off, they were the only open place on Saturday over a long weekend. You couldn't tell they were as busy as they were when talking to them on the phone because they gave great service, like I was the only customer. Bought the part I needed and they made sure that not only was I prepared for the replacement, but I called back and a technician helped me with all of the wiring I would need to figure out along with making sure that it was all mounted the same way. All in all, I saved over $500 from having a tech come out as an emergency call for a solution that was easy enough to do myself. I would absolutely go there again for any problems I have with HVAC and will recommend them to anyone else I know.

One of the very FEW places open on Sunday. This is when our AC system likes to give out. These guys are true lifesavers and I am very grateful for them being open on Sundays especially during these TX summers. Well stocked and very knowledgable employees. Verified that my capacitor was indeed shot. They had an exact replacement at a fair price. All sales final.

Thank you thank you thank you for being open on Sunday, the older gentleman knew what he was talking about in compressor fan motors, I praise him for helping me in getting the correct fan motor. I needed one ASAP so I searched around and called, so lucky you guys are open on Sunday! I definitely will be coming back here for any AC parts!

Our A/C stopped working early Sunday morning. I searched around and only found Dallas HVAC Parts open. I'm very thankful they were open since it's almost August in TX. They had exactly what I needed and the gentlemen that helped me went above and beyond, taking extra time to splice the old connector onto the new blower motor. He also attached the new capacitor to the blower wheel housing. I was extremely impressed with this level of customer service. I highly recommend Dallas HVAC Parts!
