A big Shout out to Mr. Glenn and Mr. Adam for the Great Customer service performed. We had issues with our AC and they went above and beyond while performing their role . Love the service and we will come back and refer to all our friends and families . You both are Rock Stars!!!!!

This place is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful, with a good inventory available to the public. I was able to get the part I needed for my a/c and fix it much more quickly than a repair company could have. Also, there is a cool kitty cat that hangs out in the store.

This is a good store, They always have the parts I look for. Good customer service.

Dallas HVAC parts is the best. Me, My wife and 4 children were without Ac during 105 degree weather on the weekend. I called an emergency technician to fix my ac and they stated that they couldn’t get the parts till later in the week possibly tue or wed. Dallas HVAC was the only location that was open on Sunday. The employee was very informative and prepared the motor for my ac which made it 100% easier for me to install. I successfully installed my motor and Ac is working again. Thank you for your help!

Came in here on a 3 digit weather day to get a capacitor. These guys saved the day!

Great service had a igniter I couldn't find else where on a Saturday. Employees are very nice as well.

This place is Great...I had no idea what the name of the part I needed was, but one of the guys there (I didn't even get his name) was very patient & helped me through the whole process to get what I needed over the phone, then he was even willing to stay a few mins late so I could get the part (but I drive fast so I was beating the GPS time🤣) because they had it in stock & the only place I seen open on the weekend. When I got there I found out that everyone is very helpful & informative... Thanks again to all of the Gentlemen there at Dallas HVAC they saved us on a hot Saturday afternoon in Texas.

Outstanding service! It's refreshing to see these days. Even open on Sundays. AC went out Saturday evening. I thought it was a bad capacitor. I pulled it and he checked it to confirm. Back up and running for about $35 total.

I am forever thankful for this company. Glen was super helpful and they had the parts we needed. And they are open on Sunday! It's the middle of August and one night without A/C was horrible. Between their parts and customer service and having a handy hubby, hopefully we will have the A/C blowing cool soon. Thank you again Dallas HVAC parts, you saved us a bundle I'm sure.
