We use 7k Mechanical for all our A/C needs in servicing over 250 properties we manage because they are HONEST and don't overcharge or try to do work that doesn't need to be done! So hard to find honest folks these days, but these guys will shoot you straight and do it right for a fair price, highly recommend!

Geoff was on time and isolated the issue with our heater quickly. We've used 7k in the past at our other home and will continue to use them for our current home!

Responsive and professional......referred by a friend on FB...he saw the post and 30 mins later he was here. He found the issue and less than 30 minutes later my AC was fixed! Was quick to detect the issue which was highly important to me not only because I needed the AC working but also saved me money.....

Another company told us we needed two new air conditioners. Had several other companies come out. Everyone of them told me what 2 new air conditioners would cost. 7K on the other hand came out to and looked at the systems and told us that both air conditioners were working fine. Will definitely be using them again.

7K Could NOT have been more responsive!!! In two of the most crazed times in recent memory 7K, Bev and Crew created time for our family. When Snowmegedon struck Texas (one of our heating systems malfunctioned) and then again during the recent Texas heat challenges the other unit began to struggle; Bev and Team found time for our family. Undoubtedly, this season has challenged the HVAC industry; but you would never know it when contacting 7K. The team found time, were very professional and presented with such a positive attitude. They had excellent customer care. Texted you when they were on their way, and upon their arrival. Air conditioner problem was handled promptly. Price was reasonable for the work done. Highly recommend.
