Joshua showed up EARLY and was very polite and informative during the system inspection. He didn't try to push a replacement system (ours is almost 20yrs old), but did give us the part # to a component that needs replacing that we can do ourselves. 7k Mechanical is honest and very up front and customer-service driven.

They came right away, rearranging schedules to fix my water leak from AC. Joshua was fantastic, explaining everything he did as he went, checking out all systems beside what he thought was wrong to make sure he didn’t miss anything. Stayed long to make sure compressor came back on and checked with boss when he wanted to confirm things. Extremely impressive, went the extra mile and I will use this company hands down from now on.

Great communication before and during repair appointment, went above and beyond to answer my questions, and educate us on our system and how to best maintain it. Went above and beyond in the repair, both my husband and I were very satisfied with this service. Great rate as well, was more than happy to pay the bill at the end. Could not reccomend highly enough.

Great experience with this company installing a new HVAC system after our ancient one died. They were very professional and friendly. I received estimates prior to the work, they showed up on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. I appreciated the modern technology like emailed estimates and receipts and text reminders. Overall very satisfied!

Our furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving, my son called and to our surprise a real human answered the phone! We scheduled an appointment for the next day; Geoff was the technician and did a full system check after discovering the issue he offered to call Carrier to see if this was covered under warranty to me this was above and beyond. The price was very reasonable, I highly recommend 7K Mechanical and will only call them for any future issues we have with our HVAC thank you for your quick response time.
