These people are nice and didn’t try to replace my whole system (installed 2011). I say that because others have suggested that replace the system. They Cleared my drains and checked all of my connections. I like they are NOT a huge chain. They understand customer service. I recommend them.

Our AC went out overnight, we woke up to a hot house and we were set to leave on vacation that morning. With pets staying home we needed this fixed ASAP! I called about 20 different companies that all said they could probably help and a service tech would call me back. 7k spoke to me and scheduled me right on the spot, no one needed to call me back to schedule. they came right away got my AC working and we’re very courteous about wearing mask as I am immunocompromised. Excellent customer service, excellent communication via text message on the arrival and departure in and boys, just all-around great company.

7K Mechanical is one of the best HVAC repair and maintenance teams we have ever used. They are always responsive, on time, and listen to our concerns. Then they address those concerns! The guys at 7k Mechanical, Inc rescued my family from a two week period of time with no AC. We had unfortunately dealt with another company that dragged the repairs on for weeks (we are renters and the home owner required us to use a different company at first). When we finally got 7K involved, the repairs were done quickly, parts were ordered promptly, communication was friendly and informative, and we now have amazingly cool air AND a new go-to AC company for when we move into our new home!

We needed someone to work on our refrigeration equipment. We had a freezer and ice machine that didn't work. 7K came by within a couple days and were able to diagnose the potential problems.
