7K Mechanical came out and installed 3 mini split units I purchased. Everyone at 7K was great to work with from Bev the owner, Rebecca in the office to Geoff and Josh that came to do the install. I have used a lot of different contractors for things throughout the years and it's very hard to find ones that are as professional, knowledgeable and respectful as 7K. I was extremely satisfied with everything they did for start to finish and would recommend them to friends and family.

7K Mechanical Inc came out to my house a few weeks ago to fix an overflow problem that is connected to the AC. What was a big concern for us proved to be a quick fix. I contacted them on an afternoon and they were out the very next morning. Geoff the tech h was polite ..professional. He explained and showed us what was wrong . the problem was quickly fixed and assured us that all was well and if there were any future problems to reach out to. I definitely will and highly recommend this company.

The appoint time was adjusted for arrival and the tech arrived on time.
Quick service and great price. I called on Sunday after I learned the AC unit was not working. I received a message during the Super Bowl and the repair time I wanted the following day. Tech arrived on time and found the damaged switch.
Repaired and running under an hour. Great response and job.

We met 7k at the San Antonio Home Expo. They installed a system in our duct work that helps to standardize the temperature in my two story home as well as get my insulation up to code. Bev and his team were always courteous, friendly, professional and prompt. More importantly, when we had issues, they were only a phone call away. You can tell that their goal is to provide a quality service and just grab a quick buck. I am very satisfied with their work and recommend them to anyone who could benefit from their expertise.

Company is solid. Geoff, the technician was on time and very professional. Explained the issue, showed me the foul part and quickly obtained a new one from SA store downtown. Returned the next morning and installed. The communication system the company uses is great- text when technician is on the way, when arrives, when job is complete, invoicing, etc. Well done, highly recommended.
