I have never had a bad or unpleasant experience with Rebecca, Bev or anyone else at 7K whether calling for an emergency or just routine maintenance. I have never gotten a hard sell to buy or replace any part of our HVAC. We are always given options. Our previous service provider told us multiple times that our unit was failing and it was just a matter of time and that we should replace the whole thing immediately. Dumped them and 7 or 8 years later our original unit is humming along nicely. I highly recommend 7K Mechanical for any HVAC needs.
