Telephoned them around Noon and technician arrived approximately 3 pm. Problem was identified almost instantly and then repaired. Also performed annual maintenance.

Great work, on time, very knowledgeable. Answered all questions and all work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend to all.

They did a great job putting in my new A/C-heating unit. The price was great.

We made a emergency appointment for after hours payment.After waiting for two hours they canceled the appointment. I wish I can give zero or negative reviews they keep saying the technician will be here in 5 mins for every 30 mins. If they cannot provide service they should inform us earlier we would have some alternatives. We’re happy to share the message conformation’s we received.

Contractor kept me in loop, informed me of there plans, technician called in advance of showing up, all round good experience.

This company has gone down hill since Randy sold it. Had two guys come out to tell me nothing was wrong with my AC and wouldn’t get in the attic to check the ductwork. I got in my attic the next day and fixed a duct joint that was broken myself. This is not a company you want to hire for anything.

This A/C company by far is the best money can buy. The owner personally walked me through all of the details of a new whole house installation about a year ago. The technicians and installers are top notch and go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I recently had an issue with my thermostat during non business hours on a weekend and the technician was at my house to fix the problem in less than an hour (Thanks Jon and Andrew). I will continue to do business with this company for years to come!

I’ve been in the construction industry for over 22 years and have yet to meet a more Trustworthy and reliable contractor from any trade thank Walker HVAC. I’ve used Randy and his crew for 6 years for my business and my home. They use the golden rule when it comes to doing business!
