Team Enoch was great end to end. I called inquired for AC maintenance on Monday, and the team provided reasonable price quote, they have knowledgeable staff, answered all my questions on the phone, scheduled appointment in an ease.

Technician (Lupe) showed up two days later on time. Lupe was extremely professional, knowledgeable, performed detailed maintenance, and walked through with me on an issue he found in detail. I was not home at the time, we spoke on the phone several times, he sent me over 10 pictures of the before and after the service, even marked the picture to point out what, where the problem is and why it is an issue.

I am really happy with the work performed. Highly recommended. Team Enoch is a solid and can be trusted. I will use them again.

Miguel from Team Enoch came to our "new to us" home to do a panel upgrade. He was very professional, very thorough, and most of all, very knowledgeable about the services we needed. The job was completed in a timely manner and I feel we got a very good price. Miguel was on time, clean, and willing to listen to all of our inexperienced questions. I did my research into multiple contractors prior to contacting Team Enoch for my HVAC needs. My evaporator coil failed and needed to be replaced. I spoke with Miles who provided me useful information and recommendations. Though he was not the cheapest solution, I felt that he provided a great value for the service and components to be replaced. On the day of install, the team arrived promptly on time and was very efficient, professional and courteous throughout the process. They wore masks and gloves and were mindful about the quality of the work, while making all the connections and installation points neat and secure. After the work was completed, the areas they worked were cleaned properly and the invoice I received was what was agreed upon. I am highly satisfied with their service and I plan to continue my business with them in the future.

If you want a true look into a company's customer service. It should be measured when things go wrong. I used a loanable portable a/c to keep things cool because it would be another 5 days before they could install a new a/c unit. One of the units leaked into my wood plank flooring. It never pooled, just a steady dripping into the seems. Noticed when the planks started to curl. (yikes damage)After reporting this issue I was advised they are not liable. I let the CSR know I would be seeking an attorney's advice and asked for the manager to call me. I received a call from manager, M****. I hope they recorded the call for training purposes on how NOT to deal with a customer. (it was so outrageous I recorded it) Literally yelling at me! Whos the paying customer here approx ($7,000)?
In his screaming rage he accused me of not wanting to pay him. 'That he gets stiffed all the time'. He told me that the customer is always right motto is.. and I quote 'malarkey'. He said it was a slap in the face to loan me a cooler and dare I complain it ruined my floor. When I asked why he would assume I wasn't going to pay. He said 'it's not rocket science'. He was so angry and disrespectful. A true pathetic excuse for elevated customer service. The call ended when he said ' yeah, I got to go'
It's ashamed that this is how you are treated when you are paying for such a big job or any, for that matter. There were no considerations made for even sharing the cost of my insurance deductible to rectify the floor issue.
The sad part.. is the impression I will take from this company because of one bad seed. I would have gave them a 5 star rating based on the techs and work done.
When I host my next customer service conference, workshops and training classes. I will use the experience I had with this young man and his outrageous behavior. Good customer service is not a thing of the past. Thank you Enoch for raising the bar on the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered in the last 50 years.

With so many positive reviews, I was hoping for a great experience. Unfortunately, I was ultimately unsatisfied with Team Enoch. It really seems to come down to a severe lack of communication in their company. I worked with their salesman, who was very helpful in answering questions and providing a quote for replacing my HVAC system. However, he failed to communicate any of the requested upgrades to the office, and as a result they were not installed initially. They subsequently came back out and were able to complete some of the upgrades, but not all. Even on their follow-up work, the technicians would have made incorrect installs had I not been checking on them. For such expensive work, you really expect them to communicate well both internally as well as to the customer, to ensure the job is done right.

Fantastic service by Lupe from Team Enoch! He arrived on time, was professional and provided top-notch service for my mini-split A/C. Not only did he perform a very thorough inspection of the unit, he took his time completing the necessary repairs. I would use Team Enoch Again for any needed A/C services and would definitely recommend Lupe for any type of A/C service. Great job!

The Enoch Team was great! They came out assessed the issue. It wasn’t a part they had but searched high and low to get it. Their guy came out after hours and worked until he exhausted all efforts before replacing our 6 yr old water heater. As opposed to their competition telling us it just needed replacing prior to even taking a service call. Their prices were more than fair (half of the competition) and they kept us updated the whole way. We will definitely use them again!!! Thank you for being honest and reliable!

Miguel and Miguel did a great job - they were friendly and professional, and worked with me to make sure that I got the services I needed at a good price, below the estimate. They also offered their expertise where requested even if the recommendations meant getting less services/products. The lights they installed look great and I'm confident about the rest of the things they're going to update when they return. The only negative thing I can say is 4/5 on cleanliness, but not a big deal to me.

The tech, Eddie, was fantastic! He showed up promptly and performed the work extremely efficiently. I had him rewiring some electrical switches and installing dimmers. I was telling him how bright my can lights were in the main living areas and he gave me some great information about them, and he also went around to 10 of them to make some quick changes for me! I really appreciated his suggestions on what I could improve in the future. In no way was he a salesman, he honestly just gave me some really good advice and did not push a thing! I’d definitely recommend Eddie and Enoch!! Prices were competitive and I would use them again in the future for any of my electrical/water/HVAC/roofing needs! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

I hired Enoch to install a ceiling fan and they responded quickly, set up an appoint almost immediately and it was installed in less than an hour! They were helpful with putting the fan together and knowledgeable with other electrical questions we had. We will definitely contact them again for more household needs!
