I think we are on call back 7 now? Repetitive trips, disrespectful employees, clearly inexperienced workers, I watched the install techs damage new equipment, no respect for our property, and no masks.
In my opinion, avoid at all costs.
First it was the outside unit, then it was the inside unit. One tech says everything is fine, then another says X is broken, then it turns out to be Y a few weeks later. It should not take months for an AC company to fix an AC. We are seeking another company to figure out what they missed.

Felix was great (sad to read another customer had a bad experience with him) I came upon Air Technical in 2017 when there was a hole in our condenser coil. We paid (thru AHS) to have the coil replaced. Because AHS doesnt cover freon, we paid $1400 to have it filled. LESS THAN A YEAR LATER, the coil needed to be replaced again. AIR TECHNICAL CHARGED US ANOTHER $1300 to replace freon again. They didnt stand behind their work because they said it was a faulty coil. No surprise the coil manufacturer said that it wasnt their fault either and would not be responsible to replace the freon. AHS never replaces freon, so it was a bust for EVERYONE but us... who had to pay it. Did I also mention that I was without AC for more than 3 weeks becuase of the fumble caused by Air Techincal? Someone "forgot" to order the coil. I would NOT recommend using this company. Unless you've got plenty of money to waste while you watch them shrug their shoulders telling you its not their problem. Lesson learned. Never again.

The technician didn't bother to even look at my A/C unit. He was rude and demeaning stating he knew what the problem was without needing to look as he boldly entered my house. He was at my house for maybe 8 to 10 minutes at most. I felt taken advantage of because I am wheelchair bound. He even flirted with my wife. Felix was very unprofessional.
