Man i hate this store came in for one thing....

Denton location had part of what I needed and called to verify that Burleson had the rest and would hold item for me. Burleson folks were friendly and helpful as well, much better customer service than I've had other places lately.

Awesome store!!! They always have what I need in stock and customer service is great.

Ordered a duplicate order of welders accidentally. I needed to return one so I take one here, and, unlike Home Depot, you need to request a return! So now I am stuck with an extra welder, and if things only can get worse, I open one and it is defective! The door hinge for the spool is messed up and I had to use pliers to open it! I fixed the hinges but still, this is too much.

Catalog was very easy to find my heater. Website is well designed to complete my order. All needed information was readily available. Easy 5 Star rating.

If you are looking for tool repair and want to give them a $40.00 inspection fee to diagnose and give estimate of repair cost, you will be disappointed too.

I explained that there was water in the fuel of my pressure washer and wanted a estimate to repair the unit.
ANSWER: after calling numerous times, I finally got my answer..

You have water in fuel ....
Not sure how much to fix....
Will depend on what is causing it.

I had a great experience, as soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Jose and then he helped me get help with my lawn mower which I was taking in due to it not working. Jose took the time to explain to me what could have been wrong and then walked me over to the repair desk where Clarissa and Avdo took care of repairing my lawn mower. Quick repair and great Customer Service!!! I would definitely recommend this location due to how well they take care of their customers.

Really pricey for such low end equipment. Website also said they had plenty of item I wanted, but when I ordered them, they didn't have them. You should have plenty of the items you offer a good deal on knowing more people will want them.

If you need a tool, wrench, or socket this is not the place to go. It only has 20 feet of actual standard wrenches and socket but nothing specialized. This place has tarps and dollys, compressors and welders but no non standard hand tools. Looking for a set of passthru sockets? They don't have it, but you can buy individual sockets for 20 bucks a piece. Need a wrench. Good luck. They claim you can order it online. REALLY, if I wanted to wait 3 days to 2 weeks, that is fine, but I need to get the bolt out now so I can drive to work Monday. Guess I will order on Amazon. Y'all will probably be outta business by next year.
