Thank you, Brian and Brandy, for your kindness and efficiency. We were able to get an appointment the same day, and Brian knew right away what was wrong with our air conditioning unit. He was very thorough in his explanation of the problem, and gave me some insights how to help keep the unit working efficiently through the summer months. I would highly recommend this family business!

After our sweet chocolate lab decided to chew the wires to our A/C unit located outside, we were without air. Our friends, Amber and Kirk recommended them, and we are so glad they did! Nils was VERY helpful, and is also an ex Humane Society employee who had some great pointers on how to handle this crazy (but sweet) puppy stage. All around, great, friendly, affordable service.

Keller Services answered my after-hours call and came out right away. Brian did a fantastic job getting my system back up and running quickly. He also performed a thorough inspection and handled some cleaning and minor issues at my request on the same service call. I appreciate his professional approach to service!

I could not recommend this company more. Not only did they beat the price of the competing bid by thousands for the same product, but the installation was finished when they said it would be and went without a hitch. The new heat pump system is wonderful - the compressor outside my master bedroom window is more quiet than a fan would be standing next to my bed, even when running at 100%. Second time using Keller Services - great experience both times. The technician is knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely quick. They were able to dispatch a technician to our house within less than 24 hours from our initial call. Prices are very reasonable. Nils is always amazing when he comes to my appointments! He's professional, covid aware and tells you how it is. I'm glad he's always my technician. Says a lot about a company when they've had the same employees every visit. He keeps my unit in tip top shape! Never need repairs and have yet to pay an arm n leg because of the quality of maintenance he does.

Brian was very prompt when I called him about our AC issues. He was at our house ready to diagnose the issue on the same day as the call. After seeing the issue, he gave me multiple options at different price points so I can have a fix that meets my needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again, but hope I don’t have to!

I've used Keller Services for the past two years through an annual maintenance contract (very reasonable price) that covers 2 proactive services per year. Once for the furnace in the fall and the other for the AC in the spring. The engineer checks everything and provides a detailed report in addition to recommendations of what may need replacing or what should be replaced. So far with the proactive services I've not had any issues, but know that if I did they would be at my home very quickly. I like the fact they are a local family owned and run business that cares about customer service.

A/C went out on Friday, I called Brian at Keller Services. He came out later that day and said one of my units needed replaced. He recharged unit to get me by unit Tuesday. They followed up with a call on Monday to be sure we were still cooling in our home. They came out Tuesday and installed unit. Brian came by in the evening and said he thought that the fan was making too much noise, so he had a tech come out the next and replace the fan with out me asking. The filters are in a different area and i ask about how to change them and he said don't worry we will come out and check them twice a year. Brian and his wife Brandy were very professional and on point. i could not be more pleased and i would highly recommend them to anyone.
