I was very pleased with the level of service I received. They were professional, courteous, and communicative about what to expect. I’m don’t believe I will be using any other HVAC company to do HVAC work for me!

They basically took everything out and started all over with all new efficiencies. They took out all the old original ducts (circa 1968), added 3 air returns that were badly needed, pieced out the whole system in the LOW CRAWL SPACE attic, installed new drain and condensation lines so they would nvr leak in the house again (YAY!! No more cave-ins!!!) and new smart thermostat. All this in 2 days. The techs were awesome and nvr took a break so I bought them lunch even tho they didn’t want me to. And if they make a mistake, they accept responsibility and correct, no questions asked and no awkward contemplations.

So if u want a professional, get-after it and very respectful company that cares about the customer and puts our interests first, Brandon and Copeland AC services will take care of u! NO DOUBT!!! I’m even available if u have questions.

The service techs were courteous and showed a great deal of care. The owner is also very responsive and overall I had a great experience. This company is service driven and they will not let you down.

I was Brandon’s last call of the day and he showed up smiling like it was his first call. Very professional and diagnosed my issue honestly and didn’t try to over sell what was needed. Definitely my new A/C guy.

Tecj was great was smart and knew his stuff and got ac Temporarily got it working and said some one would contact me to give time when they would come to fix it

have not herd from them since ac been running with out filter since installed said they would bring one back next day never saw or heard from them

So basically techs was great but company runs them and schedules them sucks not enough employees to do jobs

Brandon lied to the home warranty and said all I needed was a $200 repair and told me a different story - my unit was in need of a full replacement AC and Furnace and he would turn in the approval/paperwork for reimbursement to the home warranty. Turns out he never did!! Unbelievable! My home warranty still thinks I have an 18 old unit with a small repair. They have Called him multiple times and he gives the same story!! They would have covered half of the costs for replacement of Both units and reimbursed me, but he didn’t do the right paperwork and scammed me into paying for it out right! He got his $12,000 and left me in horrible situation! I’m so unhappy with him, Go with someone else who is honest at least.

I wanted a price on wrapping the duct present that covers the air output in the master bedroom. That's wanted a price on. I didn't want pricing on new duct work , cleaning existing ducts, or blowing in new insulation. Can you give me a price on just that.
