Amazing job from Luis and Chris! They came to replace my coil case and the worked diligently throughout the whole ordeal. They very nice and polite and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Overall a great experience.

Brandon and Chris came out to help figure out what was wrong with our unit not cooling down. Hands down the best service I've found/had by anyone. Came out the next day after calling for help because I can't live like a lizard in Texas weather. Added freon and told me what proper filter I needed for my hvac. Good to go now with a cool house this summer!

Overall experience was excellent. Brandon Long was our service rep and he arrived timely, was very friendly, extremely thorough, and answered all of our questions. He figured out the issue and resolved it. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone’s HVAC service needs.

Our a/c has been having troubles keeping up lately. With the higher temp I came home today to 80 degrees in my house, my a/c had been running all day unsuccessfully trying to cool it down. Gave Copeland a call, the lady on the phone was so friendly and sweet. Brandon Copeland came out within 1.5 hours of me calling to take a look and he had it running properly and cooled down again pretty quick. They were very friendly and professional, informed us well of what was going on with our system and the best way to approach it, was very patient with my 4yo and my attention seeking massive fluffy puppy. We will be continuing to use them for whatever a/c & heating needs arise for us in the future.

Dennis and Curtis were very professional and explained everything going on with my unit. Dennis had video from the attic to show what the issues were. Although I wished it was a simple fix these guys do offer in house financing so that's a big plus for me.

I wouldn't go anywhere else everywhere else just wants to rip you off trust this company!! Also the receptionist Autumn was super helpful as well and so sweet on getting our ac back in working order I 10/10recommend this company

Chris came on time and got straight to work. He was polite, relatable and beyond thorough. He really took the time to make sure he didn't miss a detail and kept us in the loop with each step. If there was a way to have him as our designated tech we would do it in a heartbeat.

Guys were helpful, courteous, & quick getting to the problem. Said they were not as handsome as Brandon. I’ll have to take their word for it. Great Work!!!!!
