Luis came out on time and hit the ground running. He was very organized and kept all his work clean and tidy. Although he had a long day he took the time to go over the new system with us. Would highly recommend Copeland Home Services for your ac repair/replacement.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and the staff that worked on site. Brandon is very professional and thorough. I never had any doubt what I needed and what I was getting. Chris and Louis were absolutely delightful. They were professional, efficient, courteous, patient, and answered all my questions. My system was installed exactly as they described! I would not hesitate to recommend Copeland!

Chris and Luis did a fantastic job installing my HVAC! Very nice and professional. As well as Gage who helped me figure out what I needed done. I now have cold air and a fantastic price! Definitely recommend!!

Brandon Copeland came out to check my AC system. He checked the unit in the attic and outside. He checked all the pressures to make sure they were good. He said everything was working just fine. I was worried because 2 nights ago, the unit had ice on it, so we had to turn it off. It was a very hot 🔥 day. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Just told me everything was working as ut should and said, "Have a great night. He is running his company as a company should be run. Taking care of customers first and not so money driven. If and when I need AC service, I know exactly who I'll call. Copeland Home Services. What a great company.

I had a leak in my floor and was not sure what was causing it and called Copeland for the first time (it was 7pm), the lady said we can have someone out there within the next couple of hours that same day (which is uncommon). The owner Brandon came out within the hour and fixed my issue and serviced my a/c as it was overdue. He was helpful, friendly, thorough and gave me some great tips on how to keep it maintained. I will definitely be using them for my future hvac and plumbing needs.

I met Gabe the technician today for the first time and he is so professional. He showed me what was wrong and told me that both units was very old which I knew but he was able to provide information for me and help me get signed on to get a brand new unit all the way around and I praise God for people like your company to help less fortunate people like me.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Very professional and prompt. I reached out and received a response the same day, Brandon came out to inspect and diagnose the problem with our A/C unit. We needed a new one, he gave us several options and price points. We decided to get a new system, and they came out a day later to install. Chris and Luis did a great job, great techs, finished and tested the system before leaving. Great company! A/C went out right at start of heat wave. They came out that night after I got off work, diagnosed it, and within 2 days I had an entire new ac system. They did not try and sell me the whole system, they presented me with several options and I chose to replace. The work was done within a few hours once they started. Super happy with Gage, Brandon, and the owner (did not catch his name) as they got me and the family taken care of very quickly and professionally
