We were without heat for 24 hours, when it was 9 degrees outside, a couple of days before Christmas. This team performed miracles on our behalf and we are so grateful! Thanks Chris and Brandon for working outside the box to bring us heat the same day with replacements.

Be very careful using this company especially if you're using a home warranty. They will abandon the job in the middle . When we finally got in contact with them they told us they were no longer doing work for the warranty company. This was after two and a half weeks.
BEWARE!!!

If you make bad Business decisions about who to be a contractor for that's on you. The customer should not have to feel the repercussions of you not being able to get along with your vendor.
If you knew you had these issues you should not have accepted any new jobs until it was resolved.
The warranty company agreed to pay your labor, the customer is responsible for the recharge. According to you the part cost $800 for the part you wanted to use and the warranty company approved $600 for a differenence of $200. Let's also make it clear that you did not present any other options other than not returning to complete the job that you started and accepted.

As far as the quality of work you did when you were here, it was mediocre at best. You left a hole in my soffit. Instead of using a proper grommet to stop a wire from splitting you used a piece of hose that works as a funnel to dump water into my heat pump unit right next to the electric circuit board. You even commented that your workers should have used the proper materials and should not have left the hole in my soffit.
You're own admission that you pick bad vendors to work for and your employees did not do the job correctly and the way your company handled this job speak for itself BEWARE sign for any future customers.
At best you're a poor businessman at worst your company is going to put somebody in a bad situation with the way your company does work.
As a customer I'm very happy to move on from Copeland heat and air or maybe it's Texas heat and air not sure what the actual company name is. When you contact them the employees aren't even in the state. Changing name so often makes them feel like one of the vulture fly-by-night roofing company.

It's official select warranty gave them authorization to do the work and they still refuse to complete the work.

We had our AC unit replaced through home warranty and consult/installation was very timely and well done. Our thermostat then gave us an issue with heating; Brandon was thorough and got the problem fixed as quick as he could. You can't go wrong with Copeland's!

I highly recommend this company! Brandon came out for the diagnosis and was very professional, thorough, and friendly. Chris and Chris came the next day and had my new unit installed within a few hours and made sure I knew what they were doing every step of the way. Great guys!

After a night spent without heat in below zero wind chill temperatures, Copeland answered our call and went the extra mile in procuring a part and had our heat back up by 5pm. Office and field tech were personable and professional. Thanks to them we were able to host family for Christmas as planned.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC products or services. These guys are awesome and Christian is knowledgeable and very polite. This company puts customer service above all. That is something rare these days.
