Of course our A/C unit would go out on holiday weekend. Had been doing advanced research for the best company around on NextDoor and saw Calvin's recommended hands down. Final check on 2020 Best of Denton County and sure enough they're rated #1. That sold it for me and they did not dissapoint. Joe arrived two hours after initial contact with status texts along the way to keep me aprised of time of arrival. Quick check of the system and diagnosed capacitor replacement in outside unit. Had parts on the truck and we were back in business within half an hour. Very reasonable rate for an after hours service call and replacement capacitor. No upsell, just great responsive and to the point professional service. Highly recommend!!!

Super fast, very courteous, as nonintrusive as possible given how much work they had to do. Cleaned up everything nicely after they were finished. Couldn't ask for better service and price. AAA+. I did not even realize how loud our old system was. No way I am risking an old heat pump in this upcoming tx winter.

My unit was older and struggling so got a referral from a friend to call Calvin’s. They came out, gave a full diagnosis of what the problem was and gave us the recommendation. We ended up getting a whole new system and has worked great. We had an issue a few months later where Calvin came out at 8pm on a Friday night to figure out the problem. Fixed it and was on his way. Moving into a town where we didn’t know a lot about different companies, they made it seamless and trust them with any of our HVAC needs. Recommend that 1000%. This is the company that I trust and would refer to anyone. Just wish more companies could be run like Calvin runs his.

We purchased a new home where we weren’t able to do a full inspection of the A/C systems prior to closing, and so we called Calvin’s Climate once we’d moved in. From the start, they were easier to get ahold of, more professional and friendly, and were able to get us scheduled sooner than the other several companies we attempted to contact. The initial system maintenance and assessment was very thorough, and Calvin was great at explaining the issues and options going forward. Our second service included complete replacement of one of our HVAC systems, as well as a few other minor things, and Calvin and his team were fantastic. They did a great job, made great time, and even managed to get the city inspection done the same day. I love supporting local businesses, and Calvin and his team make it easy. With reasonable prices, a clear expertise, and a customer-oriented attitude, I’ll be using their services for years to come!

Calvin and his team were great! We asked them to give a second opinion and estimate on a repair recommended by another company. They came out the next evening, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an estimate before leaving. We hired them and they came and fixed the issue the next afternoon and saved us several hundreds of dollars. I can’t say that would happen every time but it definitely helped take some of the sting out of having to replace our evaporator coil. We will most certainly call Calvin and his team first next time!
