Every year I have them come out for fall/spring check ups. They are always on time and very polite. If I have questions, the technician is happy to explain. Also, the team in the office is wonderful to work with. Customer service is important to this business!

Tech arrived before our scheduled appointment window (&communicated that he was able to arrive early👍👍). Found the problem (capacitor) and was able to replace that quickly, on-site, and at a VERY FAIR cost. Tech suggestion was that we work to get about another 5 years out of our current AC system (which is aging). So happy we found this local and reputable company. Will definitely be using Calvin’s Climate again.
