The repairman Spence was so nice and explained in detail what he was doing and what he recommended. He wanted to be sure we understood what the cost was and what we were paying for. I can’t say enough positive things for them. I felt very confident that what he was telling me was the truth.

If you are looking for an AC company that is honest, fair, and local, look no further. Calvin (the owner) took the time to give a full quote and explanation, without pressuring for a sale like some big companies do. Although we did not hire him in the end (didn't need a full replacement) Calvin's Climate was NEVER beat in terms of customer service and transparency.

The best! I called Labor Day morning, and they were there by early afternoon. Spencer was very knowledgeable and thorough, and showed me some maintenance tips I didn't know about. Even with the after hours charge, totally worth it!

We woke up the morning of the coldest day of the 21-22 winter with no heat on our downstairs. Within 90 minutes of my phone call to Calvin's the technician was there despite the roads being icy. He quickly diagnosed the problem and indicated the parts he needed would not be available until the following day. Sure enough, 3 hours later he was on his way back after having driven on the icy roads down to Carrollton to get the part. A couple hours after that the house was warming up. I honestly don't know if the price we paid would be considered expensive or inexpensive, but I can tell you the level professionalism and the commitment to the customer when one considers the circumstances were absolutely top-notch. I have a good friend in the business who lives on the other side of the metroplex who I use pretty much exclusively. This was an emergency which was why I called Calvin's, and I cannot recommend them enough from the perspectives of courtesy, professionalism, and commitment.

Calvin and his team are amazing! Last year we thought the a/c was going out in the middle of the summer, this year the a/c *actually* went out on us. Calvin and the gang were very responsive and worked us into the schedule as quickly as possible. He talked us through our options and the pricing.
