We have been a customer for a little over 8 years and have been pleased with their exemplary services & expertise since the first call. Whenever we have an issue, someone is dispatched to our home in a very timely manner and services are completed satisfactorily. Calvin is upfront and honest, which is very much appreciated!!

The customer experience with Calvin’s Climate AC company is awesome. Starting with scheduling an appointment with Angela who was very nice and professional to meeting Bruno (their technician) and Calvin at my house was all about taking care of my AC problem. Calvin assessed/troubleshot my problem and provided me with several options to fix the issue. Calvin was upfront with the cost and provided estimated results depending on the option you would choose. I have been in the service industry for over 40 years and I can tell who is genuine and who is out for a quick buck. Calvin is the genuine deal. What I like about this company is they are local Flower Mound residents. He is building his business on referrals not advertising hype. I would highly recommend Calvin’s Climate services if you want someone to give you an honest estimate, professional service, and follow through on what they tell you will fix your problem.

I could not ask for better customer service than what we received from Calvin's Climate! Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. Calvin saved us money by explaining we actually needed a smaller unit than what we had and it would be more efficient for our size house. Last night, we realized that we needed someone to come out to look at our AC system. We called Calvin’s and they were able to send someone out today. Bruno was friendly, punctual, respectful, and informative. He was able to figure out what our issue was, and he took pictures so he could show me and text my husband so we could see what the issue was. At no point did he try to sell me any extra services or products that I don’t need.

All in all this was a great experience, and we look forward to using Calvin’s again in the future!

I've had Calvin's AC service come out twice over the last year for service and also replacing some parts on a very old and worn dual system and both times they have done excellent work. They are thorough in their inspections and explain what is wrong or worn. And their price is very reasonable for all they do and I know it is being done correctly, which is the most important issue!
