Sudden Service

The first time I called Sudden Service for heater issues, they were able to get to my house within 45 minutes. All of the guys are super helpful and nice and take their time to answer my questions. They ended up replacing my current unit and they service it twice a year, everytime someone comes they are on time, clean up after themselves and very professional.

Dillon was our service tech, and he was amazing. He was kind, professional, on time, and completed the work to our new AC/heating system without any issues. He was knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. We will continue using Sudden Service for our future HVAC needs. Thank you, Dillon!

The first time we have used this company and we could not ask for better service! Richard was our technician and he was very informative,courteous and very professional. He quickly diagnosed our air conditioner problems. He kept us informed every step of the way and answered all our questions. It was impressive to see someone enjoy their job and continue to work hard and be thorough despite the 100 + temp outside that day. The end result was our air conditioner working the best we have ever known it to work. We also bought the yearly membership which includes 2 seasonal checks a year as we are confident that this company is trustworthy especially with the work ethic of Richard !!

Local and family owned company. I called them out to evaluate my A/C after another company reported that it entirely needed to be replaced. Everyone at Sudden Service has been exceptionally helpful and professional. The tech who came out evaluated my system and suggested a more conservative approach. He was very up-front about one component that could fail, but explained everything thoroughly and I'm very comfortable with the solution we came to. He also suggested a maintenance agreement which is VERY affordable and will help extend the life of the existing unit. I cannot recommend their service highly enough. We'll still have to replace the unit, but have some breathing room to save up for a cash purchase instead of financing now. When we do replace it, Sudden Service will get the job hands down.

Excellent service! The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had had a retrofit on our unit hoping it would slove the problem, but a month later the problem returned. We had to purchase a whole new unit, and they deducted the cost of the retrofit. An amazing family owned company that cares about its customers.

We had to get a new inside and outside unit. These guys made the whole process easy to understand and they were very professional. I highly recommend Sudden Service for any of your HVAC needs. Shout out to Shaun and Richard. These guys are great!

Dillon was my service tech. We needed an emergency hvac job done. He quickly accommodated our schedule and did a superb job. He was extremely knowledgable and patient in explaining the work performed. I would recommend Dillon and Sudden Service for all of your handyman needs. They specialize in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical and are great at what they do!

Calling Sudden Service literally saved me thousands of dollars. One of the big AC service providers in the area diagnosed a faulty compressor, which would cost about $3k and a week to replace. I called Sudden Service for a second opinion just in case. Shaun came promptly the next morning and within 10 minutes found that the real problem was a capacitor, not the compressor. Installed a new one right from the truck. AC is blowing cold and I saved a ton of money. Thanks for the great service!

Richard and Cole were great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and excellent service. Will definitely use again.
