I called Sudden Services before they opened and someone answered the phone, checked the technicians schedule and had someone at my home within a couple of hours.
Dillon S was the tech. Professional knowledgeable and kept me informed during the repair process. We have owned our home for 4 years and after Dillon repaired our system, it has never ran better.

I was introduced to Sudden Service when my husband and I bought our home. They were running an AC Checkup special with the real estate company we went through so we thought "why not?" The young man who came out to our home was SO helpful and explained everything to me about what we could expect in the future with some of the issues he found and even went up into the attic simply to check on our level of insulation.
When my AC unit started acting up at our business, they were the first ones I called and again, showed up with the same friendly, informative crew and explained everything in detail to me about what I could do to save some money and what needed to be handled by a professional. Very quick response! I submitted a request after hours and they called me to let me know they received it and would call me in the morning to set up a service. These guys are absolutely fantastic! We all know it gets RIDICULOUSLY hot here in Texas , So when I woke up with no AC I was panicking.
The technician was here in less than two hours and got me back up and running, and for a fair price!!! They are local and family owned which is always a plus these days.

These guys were very quick and responsive. We discovered we had no hot water and then the leak in the hot water heater with water all over the garage floor. One call to Sudden Service and they dispatched Dillon immediately to access. Dillon determined we needed a new water heater and he and his coworker, Richard installed the new one the same afternoon.
