Sudden Service

My AC went out over the weekend. I called and left a message on the emergency line and received a returned call the same day. They sent a tech out to service my AC, he came right away, even called me to walk me through some things. Shaun was professional, very knowledgeable, worked quickly and resolved my issue. He went above and beyond! I will continue to use there services in the future. I've also referred a friend of mine, she also got the same customer experience as I did. All around great company with knowledgeable workers!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. What amazing service! Our ac wasn't working in our guest house and we needed it fixed asap. Called Sudden Service and they were here in less than an hour! Shaun was super friendly and able to find and fix the issue and all at a very reasonable price. Such a rare find we will be using them for all our ac needs here on out.

Can't be happy enough with my service from Richard and Cole, we had bad circulation in our bedroom ever since we moved in 2 years ago, they were able to identify the problem and fix it within a week! We are now cool in the hot summer nights and sleeping soundly. Will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Sean was very professional, and knew right away what to do to fix my AC. He did a great job of explaining it to me, and made the repair at a very fair price. Sudden Service was at my door within 2 hours of my initial phone call, and I’m glad they were the company that I decided to call second, because the first one didn’t even answer the phone. I plan on having them to do regular scheduled maintenance on my system in the future, since my unit is pretty old. Thank you!

We've used Sudden Service for over 2 years since we first moved into our house. Everyone we've worked with has provided the expert level service that you want when you are trusting someone with your home. Where the Sudden Service team really goes above and beyond is with their customer service, helpfulness and professionalism. I could list many specific instances of positive experiences we've had with each person on the team, but I'll point out one that was especially meaningful. When it finally came time to replace our system this month, the process was perfectly coordinated by Dillon and he even remembered from a service visit 6+ months earlier the exact rooms in our house where we had issues with airflow. There is now a big improvement in those rooms. Service like that makes us very loyal customers!

Sudden Service had been recommended to me for an A/C problem we were having. I called and spoke with Courtney, who was very professional. She arranged for the visit the next day. Richard arrived at the planned time, listened to the problem, examined the units, and made good recommendations. He repaired the unit, and it works very well. My name is Kyle and I have never had better service from any company. Richard it’s just an amazing service man and he is gone above and beyond any of my expectations and service. I’ve had ducts replaced and my full air conditioning and heating done in my home and it’s all perfect.
