Sudden Service is a class act organization. I took a recommendation from a good friend of mine in the industry, and could not have been happier. Customer service from everyone I interacted with at the company was flawless. A hot day in June is a bad day to have your AC go out, and these guys delivered.

Dillion came out to service our A/C system, he was very knowledgeable and made us comfortable with the whole process and helped us to understand the whole functionality of what he was repairing and why. Its hard to find someone who will take the extra steps to ease your concerns and make you comfortable with spending money to repair. Dillion is definitely top notch.

Requested call for a non firing furnace ($99), issue was appropriately diagnosed as circuit board, cost quoted $995, which was 2.5x more than the going norm. AC lady replaced the circuit board and two other parts for close to $400.
