I recently had to have my AC replaced. we were without for 2 months in Texas so it was hot. I cannot convey the gratitude and helpfulness of this company. they bent over backwards to get the special order gear that was needed and installed when they said they would. They even called back to make sure everything was working and that we were cool.

These guys do everything fast and well. Every time I've had reason to call them, I've been super satisfied with the results. Once, on a 100+ degree day, they replaced the blower motor on my A/C before the house really got hot. Literally call to fix in less than 2 hrs.

Richard came out and worked through the beating of a 107-degree day to resolve our issue same-day. He was courteous and respectful, explaining all of our options and giving us the best possible outcome. Fantastic!

Poor quality of service..... not only do these guys have to come back to redo mess ups after a new install..... but they leave messes everywhere for you to clean up. Just no pride in their work. And no professionalism.

Probably the best contractors I’ve worked with. Shaun was considerate of my sleeping kids, detail oriented, punctual, and took the time to explain everything to me! Would hire them again in a heart beat.

I had atleast 3 other AC companies come look at our AC in our church. Each had recommended a new AC system or something else. Shawn came out and did a thorough check and found out that the problem was in the air ducts. He crawled up there and fixed the problem. He also found another issue in another AC unit and actually fixed it. They were able to come that same day and get it fixed. We will definitely be using them going forward for all of our AC needs.

Came out on time and was very informative on what was needed to be done to bring the unit back to standards. Have used Sudden Air previously and a member of their yearly maintance program.
Would recommend this company to anyone, never disappointed .
