The Air Conditioning Company - El Paso

The guy who came to my house was awesome didn't do extra stuff to charge me more. Showed me what we could do to keep a/c working great. I would recommend this company.

Do NOT use this company. I purchased a Freus from them back in June of 2017. They had been out eight, nine, ten times. I'm not sure. I lost count. They kept saying that it was a leak on the unit. They weren't wrong as every time they recharged it, it would run for a month or two. Full disclosure, I knew nothing about refrigerated air. I ended up paying nearly as much for the HVAC unit alone with them as I did the entire system(blower, furnace, HVAC unit, inside coil) I just had installed by another company. Come to find out, the leak was not only in the HVAC unit, but there were leaks in the coil in the garage as well. They never stepped foot inside the garage. The last time someone came out to look for the problem was April 19th and I still haven't heard back from them as of today, May 2nd. None of that mentions the no shows and the late arrivals. Their turnover of employees is unreal too. Please, save yourself the hassle and do business elsewhere.

I have a two story home with two swamp coolers on the roof. I needed to have my heat shut down and my swamp cooler turned on. I explained that when I called to schedule with them.
They came out to my house on time but the guy they sent didn't even have a ladder.
When he came in, he seemed clueless! He unplugged the heaters and then proceed to tell me that he had to leave to get a ladder.
One hour layer he knocks again and has a tiny collapsible ladder. There was no way he was going to be able to get up on a two story roof with it. The guy fumbled around trying to figure out how to use it to get up there and after about 30 minutes of me worried about him falling, I sent him away. He said they may send me a bill for his time. Wonder if he's trying to charge me for the running to get a ladder or the fumbling around with it? XD

I luv the secretary’s all staff who actually came out to my residence Iam not happy w my unit but Iam stoked about when ever I have a problem they send me someone and that someone knows what she’s doing she doesn’t waste customers time she’s a getter done type of Gal I appreciate everything you’ve done Miss Jo I’m srry I never was mosey enough to get a full name but when u meet this Gal I know she is the one to fix and take care of our needs we the customers Thank you JO u r awesome

Great customer service. They responded quickly. The technician Gelacio was professional and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend!

Great honest company and Staff

The technicians who worked on my unit, showed great concern about me not having any a/c. Found the problem and got the unit fixed without me having any more issues. Thank you so much.

Please people don’t use this company, follow the comments people leave. This company says they are going order parts overnight a week later it’s still not here... I should have look at comments before using them....

They were professional and on time, they drove all the way to Silver City to service our broken A/C. Would highly recommend.

Gelatinous was very knowledgeable and explained things well. He seemed to care about his work.
