This review is for the routine bi-annual service winterizing i got last week. I believe the service man is Jose, he was friendly, fast and thorough and came on a Saturday. He explained the different components of the unit, the parts and how it worked. Where to shut stuff off, how to change the filters, how often and which brand to use. The bi-annual service pre-paid package is pretty reasonable.
* * Two Stars for this company - The downside of this company is an unprofessionally noisy phone reception area where it is difficult to hear due to background noise.
The brand new unit's pump had to be replaced 3 times in the first year and we got charged for two of them. Then we were charged more than $100 for de-scaling after just one year which they did not tell us upfront.
I wouldn't recommend the unit we bought because of this, though when it works its great.
There is also a requirement by the service person to deliver a sales pitch for additional costly upgrades which I had to listen to at length then verbally decline each one (noted on his iPad using button "declined offer") though I said upfront - 'No upgrades now. No. None.' This was inappropriate and intrusive, and I can see it could be predatory on elderly people, especially during a pandemic or illness. It certainly was not the serviceman's fault.
The owners need to change this policy and have their staff simply ask, 'would you be interested in hearing about some upgrades that can also purify your home's air?' I'm sure the upgrade is good but if I want it I will ask for it. I despise all forced sale pitches. This tactic backfired on them in a big way. I will never upgrade with them. - Thank you.

Javier and Cesar were on time, professional,And cleaned up everything at the end. The office staff were patient and understanding when I was in panic mode because I didn't have the permits yet, but they reassured me they were getting them to me asap. They did. Had a GREAT experience. They showed up an hour after i called!! The technician was very knowledgeable and suggested many techniques on how to care for my unit and how to make it work to it's full potential! I highly recommend this company and ask for Gelacio L. He's the best technician I've ever had work on my unit. They're not expensive either compared to the more popular companies! Call them!!

I have had my air conditioning for about three years. This company has great HVAC service people. I have specific accolades for Jo (short for Joannali). She is patient, very thorough and very Personable. She explains what she is doing so you can really understand. Kudos Jo! I recommend this company 100 percent

I am so disgusted with The Air conditioning Company. I am a 70 year old women with no one to do this for me. I called them to get my air conditioner started for the summer. They told me it would be $79 including parts and labor. the first tech came out said it was ready to go so I paid. The very next day, water was shooting up everywhere. I called them to come out and fix the problem. another tech came out did the work said it was ready. They said it was unrelated to the first visit. They charged me another $79. I paid because what else could I do. I needed the air conditioner working. Two days later, water is flowing down from my roof. I call them back to take care of the problem. The tech came back said the whole line needed to be replaced and that it would cost $110. I was furious. I don't have that kind of money living on a fixed income. So, here I am $158. poorer and no air conditioner. This company has no shame
