Ray was early for the appointment, which was good for us, so we could get on about our day. He was professional and polite. He checked out our system thoroughly and efficiently with minimal intrusion. He did a great job.

1st of all, I rec’d a text with my techs picture and profile. I really appreciated that. They wore masks and booties and asked me questions about what I was experiencing with my furnace . Initially , it looked like it was working, but they continued to test the unit and determined my control board was bad. They also showed me pics of my sensor and ignitor which indicated that they also would need replacing soon . The office got back to me within hours with a quote on parts. Appreciated the professionalism of the whole operation.

I've been a Quigley customer for over 20 years; their techs are always very knowledgeable and respectful. Ray has been my primary tech most of that time; he and George did a great job yesterday diagnosing an AC problem, and getting it fixed quickly and completely. The technician was prompt, professional and courteous . He arrived right on time. The price was very fair unlike other companies who always seem to want to run the bill up. I will definitely use Quigley in the future.

Quigley has come out a couple times for us on an emergency basis during the Texas heat and we have been really satisfied with their services. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They always come on time within their scheduled time window, wears covers for their shoes, and gets the job done in an efficient manner. Cost is fair and they are honest and upfront about it - and they even gave us options and suggestions on how to maximize what we are paying for. We trusted them so much we bought our maintenance package from them. Thank you!!
